Excellent 10.0

Pros: The economy seats are pretty comfy considering so many other airlines, however it does make it a bit difficult to eat with a knife and fork at meal times. But the idea of a recliner seat is great! Decent in-flight entertainment.

Cons: Maybe a little more space to be able to eat a little comfortably would help. But I can understand that it's an infrastructural change that might not be possible.

Excellent 8.0

Cons: Food in business class and more choice of movies

Excellent 8.3

Pros: The crew was great. The seats were good but not as spacious as some other business class airline seats.

Cons: The TV screen interferes with the tray table and could knock off food from the table.

LAX
Excellent 8.6

Pros: Strong crew service is the highlight of flying Air New Zealand. Plane comfort is good, with nice ambient lighting, decent seats and reasonably spacious toilets. At least for now, they have in-seat entertainment screens with lots of current offerings. Our flight had free wi-fi, a real plus.

Cons: Boarding with Air New Zealand at Heathrow was complex and poorly organised when compared to the smooth and efficient process at LAX. This has been the case each time I have flown this same route with this airline.

Excellent 9.6

Pros: Premium economy is the way to go. So much more comfortable.

Cons: This flight was close to perfect. Boarding process at the gate was a bit hectic, but manageable.

Cons: Crew was not friendly. Also - who thought putting call buttons in the armrest was a good idea? We had 10 accidental calls from the people around us alone.

Okay 5.3

Pros: Staff were friendly

Cons: WiFi was intermittent and if Qantas is going to rely on us to bring the equipment then they better get the service reliability right. I don’t see ticket prices or wine quality improving by passing entertainment infrastructure on to us...

Excellent 8.3

Pros: Crew was great! food was good entertainment was good

Cons: Economy seats very small and uncomfortably. Unable to get any rest on 14 hour flight. I will pay extra next time but online description made it sound better than was

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in CAD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
