$4 for headphones to use the multimedia system, games that are boring.....small oat bar as a snack....Porter has better snacks and entertainment

nothing at all. no headset for 5hrs to watch the entertainment, no snack

They put us on stand by even though we booked it on the air Canada website and had seats picked so that sucked. Flight was awesome nice having a free beer and a movie

Too hot. Air from vents not working Long line for toilets Not enough staff to offer water throughout the flight

After we boarded, we sat on the tarmac at least a half hour. Not that big a deal really but kept me from giving the survey an excellent.

I’m not Asian. That was just the only type of food available. If you’re traveling from the Americas to Asia, there should be at least two options.

As always, Air Canada flight was delayed for almost more than an hour, which made my time of my flight 15 hours which was absolutely unacceptable.

Plane was late. Too many announcements during the flight. Made me pay that deposit. Uncomfortable seats.

The help at check-in area was excellent! The crew on board was great and the legroom and entertainment is excellent!

Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
