Great flight, arrived early.....perfect

Pros: "I managed to get on an earlier flight with a standby ticket."
Cons: "First, my original flight got delayed to an arrival time that would’ve made me miss the last shuttle to my final destination. My options were either to stay overnight in Vancouver or hire a taxi. Both options would’ve cost me at least $300. Thankfully I had a longer layover in Toronto that gave me some buffer. Otherwise, it would’ve been an additional expense."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Seats the the very rear"
Pros: "Flight was delayed 1.7 hours."
Pros: "The seating was good and the pilot was friendly."
Cons: "There was not a good movie selection and there was not a lot of information regarding the altitude and there was not very much warning during turbulence."
Pros: "They got us late to Toronto with my little child and I decided to spend the night in TO. My child has fallen asleep and there ha No way we could make the connection no matter how much I rushed."
Cons: "Small aircraft last min bags check in etc. delayed flights Ground staff in Atlanta is good but in Toronto: very rude"
Cons: "2 hours delayed and we waited 45 minutes for our luggage to arrive."
Cons: "crew was rude and unhelpful with delayed flight"
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "Service"
Cons: "My direct flight was cancelled and rebooked with a connecting flight."
Pros: "Cleanliness and accessibility to my nearest airport at the time I need it."
Cons: "Children are crying through the flights."
Pros: "On board entertainment"
Cons: "No real food for purchase"
Pros: "MIGHT give me a refund, and not WILL give me a refund"
Cons: "Service personnel at Air Canada were very helpful and re-booked me several times and when none of those flights left, they said they would refer me to refund department."
Pros: "Nice crew and service, I ate all the food :) lots of new movies !"
Cons: "I guess it is a good thing for the airline because the plane was full, although it was crowded to me."
Cons: "Not enough leg room Cramped seating area in coach"
Pros: "Brand new plane"
Cons: "Flight was over an hour late. This was the last leg of my trip, and it made getting home miserable."
Cons: "One hour late"
Cons: "Flight was delayed"
Pros: "The counter assistant was very, very nice."
Cons: "It is good that the flight was very short. The seats were crammed together and the plane was very small. I felt like I was in a sardine can."
Pros: "Air Canada Rouge business class is excellent I would recommend it to anyone"
Cons: "There was nothing that I did not like"
Cons: "Several hours late due to repairs, despite the plane originating from Air Canada's hub. Seems they should have had a spare available to not delay us the several hours that they did. As I live 2 hours from the airport, it was not until I got there to check in that I was aware of the delay."
Pros: "The flight was quick. Great crew."
Cons: "My flight out of CLT was delayed but I was still able to catch my connection in Toronto so it all worked out."
Cons: "The flight was late."
Pros: "The flight attendant helped me find my gate which wad nice seeing I didn't have a long layover."
Cons: "There was no entertainment, flight was delayed, in the back row so couldn't recline seat, sat right next to bathroom, and the only attendant was busy all it took a long time to get her attention."
Pros: "Lost bag"
Pros: "All was well. Thanks"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the crew was friendly. We were re-booked onto another flight by the time we de-planed, which took some stress away."
Cons: "The entertainment selection needs more variety. The food choices were just okay. The flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Also, our friend received a food voucher for the delay while we did not. Boarding can be a little chaotic."
Cons: "Slow check-in, old plane"
Cons: "Not aconfortable plane"
Pros: "Nothing, from your rude gate agents and closing the gates far too early when passengers are waiting in excessively long lines at customers to in flights systems being broken, your service is abhorrent."
Cons: "Your gate agents refusing to keep the gates open to the appropriate boarding times, you over priced food, being improsojed in our seats and no access to the toilets due to a 2 hour in flight food and beverage service. not receiving water until after 2 hours II the flight! And no second beverage offered on a 5 hour flight!"
Pros: "Boarding process was good"
Cons: "No free snacks offered"
Pros: "The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian."
Cons: "I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd"
Pros: "Seats are comfortable and I had plenty of leg room."
Cons: "No snacks offered with drink. Boarding wasn't well organized. Toronto airport is horrible... long lines at customs and security caused me to miss my connection for the second time in a row."
Cons: "No in flight entertainment"
Pros: "Air canada needs a serious serious overhaul of the way they treat their customers especially those working at the Toronto airport I find their employees have an "entitlement" mentality that other carriers do not Customer service seems to be a priority not talking to your coworkers about the weekend while serving your customers"
Cons: "There was one employee who suggested to take an earlier flight and was very helpful Little things go along way"
Pros: "In general, everything is fine. Boarding was good"
Cons: "Lack of food options for people with celiac disease. No ingredients on the dip in carrots and celery dip. Was told it was gluten free, but had a very bad reaction to it."
Pros: "It was a fine flight all around"
Cons: "Staff was rude. And I was seated next to an alchoholic"
Pros: "We got to our destination safely and on time."
Cons: "No entertainment system. Seriously? No TVs for an international flight?? They should at least tell you that in advance so you can download movies and bring your chargers. We didn't get drink service until about 2 hours into the flight. Terrible. Food was boring and bad. Finally- we had to pay for wine and beer. On a $1000 flight? I have traveled internationally at least 15 times and this was by far the worst flight yet."
Pros: "No issues."
Cons: "Everything was cool."
Pros: "Efficient process gate to gate. Comfortable seat."
Cons: "Flight attendant ran down the aisle repeating "fasten seatbelts" pretty loudly because we were entering totally mild turbulence. She went seat by seat ensuring that passenger's feet were completely free, i.e. if your purse strap was laying over your toes she made you move it."
Cons: "Long line and not much organization during boarding"
Pros: "Lots of leg room. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth flight and comfortable seats."
Cons: "We didn't like all the walking to get to and from the plane in Terminal 2, Heathrow. Anywhere else in the world would transport people by bus if it was going to be a twenty minute walk to the departure gate."
Pros: "The food was very good, and the alcohol was free even the second time around which i liked"
Pros: "Nice crew, complimentary drink during flight, I only brought carry-on bags so I didn't have to worry about tracking down any lost luggage, but I didn't hear about anyone else on my flight having a problem with their bags so eh."
Cons: "There isn't much space between rows on air canada planes. I'm only 5'6" and it felt a little too close for comfort"
Pros: "In-flight entertainment and service was great. The Toronto airport waiting area was also good."
Cons: "The luggage drop line was terrible. Only few stations were open and they worked incredibly slow. At the Toronto airport, we were made to fill up customs forms even though we were set for international transfers. None of the questions on the form made any sense since we were not entering Canada but rather leaving for other international destinations. Because of this formality, we had to pass another line which took another 30 minutes. Furthermore, they denied me at the counter because my original check in crew was unable to print my second boarding pass for some technical reason. But, there was noone at the customer service desk to print a boarding pass for me. I had to wait another twenty minutes just for this! All of this happened in a "neverland" section of the airport that didn't even have any restrooms! This could really turn into a nightmare scenario."
Pros: "Service was fair"
Cons: "Lst 2 of 3 suitcases, no entertainment in seatback, personal device entertainment was very limited and dated, wine is not complimentary with meals on a long flight, screaming babies, overhead light would not work for the right side or middle of plane. As an Alliance member, you failed miserably. We will be seeking partial refund for you sendng one bag to Athens, one to Zurich and one to Munich."
Pros: "Nice plane."
Cons: "The flight was quite late. I was traveling alone with 3 kids and asked the attendant if he could help us get off early and/or find out at which gate our connecting flight was located. His response, "most people on here have connecting flights." We were unable to board the next flight despite running to get there with time to board, as "our suitcases would not make it." I feel the staff made no effort. At least 12 others also missed this connection and the very small plane could easily have been delayed to load the suitcases."
Pros: "Great service, on-time flight."
Cons: "No complaints"
