Pros: "These ladies work hard on this plane. They were checking on you and serving food or drink every hour. Always polite and accommodating. The seats are very comfortable and roomy. Great selection of entertainment. I would highly recommend."
Pros: "The seating arrangements and baggage drop off were excellent, staff at check ins both sides were so helpful, especially at Heathrow airport, the young Asian man couldn't do enough for us, well pleased."
Cons: "Unfortunately we experienced a drop in standards when on board the first return flight , my daughter is autistic and would only have vegetarian meals, I made sure I requested this online well in advance, when I asked for vegetarian meal the flight attenda abruptly said that's all we have."
Pros: "The downstairs bathrooms were great: five roomy clean bathrooms, always one available. The crew was superb, professional, kind, capable. The entire trip was perfection. The timing of both flights, the airports, it was travel at its best. We love Lufthansa. We have tremendous confidence in them."

Cons: "I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter."
Cons: "Delay of more than two hours caused my booking at the hotel to be cancelled. Not only i lost all my money but have no hotel to stay What is your responsibility on that???"

Cons: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

Cons: "The plane was filthy. There was crud packed in every crevice. I wouldn't put stocking feet on the floor. There were also pieces of the plane that were cracked or broken off completely. It was a little unnerving."

Pros: "The Lufthansa flight to Montreal was a really full flight. Lufthansa already gives Silver Star Alliance card holders preferential seats, but for the Montreal flight I got upgraded to Business. What a pleasure! I felt like a really valued customer. At a time where one has to pick value for money and figure out your loyalties in air travel; I can promise that Lufthansa will be a top choice for me on future flights. Excellent in all regards."
Pros: "From Munich to Toronto, it was great, especially being seated where I wanted, the window. I was able to watch great movies too, and during a 9hr flight, thats really nice."

Cons: "It was a really rainy day and we all had to get on shuttles to get to our plane. Once we reached the plane, the crew should have facilitated an orderly boarding through both doors rather than one. This was also a pretty empty flight and other passengers were utilizing their assigned seat as well as a whole other row and calling it theirs just because they set something on one seat. It didn't seem right that some of us had to stay in our little crowded area while others used up 4 seats and I don't mean for laying down."
Pros: "We had a four hour delay and were promptly put in a hotel; Sheraton beds are very comfortable, I wish I had more than three hours to sleep."
Cons: "I never heard major announcements regarding the delay or the meal voucher (maybe not loud enough?). If they said it only once, they should've repeated it. It sounds stupid, but I waited for an hour at boarding before I realized the lineup is for meal vouchers and not the flight. Nobody approached or announced anything, I had to go and ask about changes and details."

I had my Covid test done 72 hours before departure to my Dubai flight. At the counter I was told that the 72 hours is at arrival in Dubai. So I was not able to board. This does not make sense because no airline requires/counts the 72 hours at arrival. So I had to purchase another ticket with another airline.
I did not like anything about the trip. So much could have been better in terms of the service, food, and COVID-19 safety regulations. The service was so poor and the flight attendants were negligent. The food was mediocre and did not take into account people with allergies and food restrictions. The COVID-19 safety regulations were almost non-existent, since the flight attendants did not wear masks properly and did not practice physical distancing. They passengers were not reminded to keep their masks on and wandered around the flight without masks while engaging in socializing with other passengers who also did not have masks on. Overall, I would not recommend this airline in the future especially with the pandemic. How it can be better is by practicing better service with passengers , stressing the reinforcement of masks and physical distance when possible, as well as not allowing passengers to leave their place without a mask.
They need a better system and a better communication system for the customer service. I almost missed my flight because of lack of system and to bring a new high tech system instead getting checked a 100 times.

Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite."

They had initially told me I would have a hotel to stay in during my layover, but upon my return trip, I was told that I could not get a hotel. They had a policy in place that stated since I could have taken a later flight, they wouldn't compensate my hotel... but I had never been told that, otherwise I would have made other arrangements. I had to be out of Iraq at a particular time, and leaving any later simply wasn't possible. The staff was uncaring, and unfriendly throughout the entire process."

I was jerked around about receiving a full refund even though it was the airline that cancelled, and finally had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company. They've lost my business forever."
