Pros: "I liked everything, Air Canada and Lufthansa did everything to facilitate travel for the passengers during these uneasy times. Everything is really well organized, on schedule, with outmost courtesy and effort"

Cons: "Just before boarding it was announced that there would be no hot water on board and passengers should try to run and get a coffee at the airport. 5 hour flight ahead. I didn't have free hand to carry a coffee on board.So no coffee or tea. Also no water in the bathrooms! All meals for purchase were not loaded so no veggies or any gluten free options for purchase. Wanted to buy Duty Free and was told that it wasn't loaded either for some reason. The cabin was a bit cool and after 4 hours of cold drinks I was a bit chilled and asked for a blanket only to discover that they only sell them to the passengers. Then I got the giggles as they thanked us for choosing Air Canada voted number one airline in North America. Hilarious!!!"
Cons: "Spend 45 minutes on chek in. Only tree people was working for whole airport. 5 min before I finely get to deck, they close check in and charge me extra 100$ for the next flight. I think it's a company politic to close check in 1 HOUR before flight, to get extra money. My first and last experience with Canada Air."

Cons: "Crew was outright rude, seemed to go out of their way to be disrespectful and unhelpful, no information ahead of time to download the app to get the then subpar entertainment. No wifi option. Seats horribly filthy, gum stuck, trash, magazines all outdated and torn up, and little to no room. Worse than any other airline. food was pretty gross."

Pros: "Entertainment options were plentiful -- from TV to movies, podcasts, audio books and games. Boarding was easy and there were plenty of bathrooms aboard. Very, very smooth landing in Vancouver. Easily the best I've ever experienced."
Cons: "Leg room was average for these types of flights. Wasn't a huge fan of the food served; at least one meal was Korean fare."

Pros: "The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian."
Cons: "I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd"

Cons: "It would be nice if there were some vegetarian options for food on the plane. Even a cheese and tomato sandwich would. D good."

Cons: "No snacks offered with drink. Boarding wasn't well organized. Toronto airport is horrible... long lines at customs and security caused me to miss my connection for the second time in a row."
Pros: "Air canada needs a serious serious overhaul of the way they treat their customers especially those working at the Toronto airport I find their employees have an "entitlement" mentality that other carriers do not Customer service seems to be a priority not talking to your coworkers about the weekend while serving your customers"

Cons: "The crew was rude, the seat couldn't lean back and I couldn't sleep for the entire duration of the trip, the food was awful and a small amount for such a long trip."
Cons: "My luggage had not being delivered yet. Somebody decided not to located it to my conexion with COPA in Los Angeles. I am wondering if I could have access to my stuff before going back home in Vancouver. My family is waiting here for the gifts that I bought for them. I am feeling really embarrased with this situation."

Cons: "Waiting over 72 hours and my bag has still not arrived. Both planes were delayed, even with the 2nd flight being delayed I still had to run in order to make it. Being on time is not something Air Canada has figured out."

Cons: "the food portions we're small, and we only had a small muffin towards the end of the flight. Ive never left an international flight hungry before. I was shocked that we did not have an actual meal at the end of the 8 hour flight."

Cons: "We didn't like all the walking to get to and from the plane in Terminal 2, Heathrow. Anywhere else in the world would transport people by bus if it was going to be a twenty minute walk to the departure gate."

Pros: "Great food and great service. Not much leg room in the 'free' seats but the flight crew allowed us to move to an empty row so we had lots of room. Would definitely fly with them again."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for hours first without any communication, later with very unclear communication. Spent multiple hours at the airport just to have to fly out next morning at 6:30am. Wasted day, wasted night. Delays can happen, but according to the finally communicated cause this could all have been communicated early on (crew not available in Cleveland, that was two flight legs earlier)."

Cons: "I made a round trip to Japan from Boston with Air Canada, flying out in mid-June and returning in the beginning of July, and I was rather disappointed to find that the choice of movies was more or less the same both ways, at least I did not see much change in new releases. I was expecting new movies to be added on my return flight from Japan since the month has changed from June to July but I did not find new movies, so I just read on my iPad. It would have also been nice if there was an option for inflight WiFi access."

Cons: "The tiny little plane is pretty standard for going to and from Cleveland but the boarding gate was in a shack outside the main airport with almost no seating and horrible aesthetics. The flight attendant was rude and way to large (obese) to be on such a small airplane. It's likely we had to pay a fuel surcharge just to move her alone. I'm not being mean, but this flight was just terrible overall."
Cons: "How can you operate a plane with no operable washroom? I left the plane in pain. I hope Air Canada execs have the same pain one day! Shame on you!"

Cons: "Baggage handling ripped handle clean off new suitcase, both ends. Delays in departures from Dublin led to us using stairs off of plane on tarmac. Entertainment mostly dependent on app you can't download on plane if you're using wi-fi."
