Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Cons: "Nice flt, competent and diligent cabin crew. But at ck in they assessed a $20.25 carryon bag fee even though my reservation via Kayak said one carryon was included. (It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)"

Cons: "We had frequent changes on our date flight, we also for paid 3 bags and on Aeroméxico’s site it appeared that we only paid for one of them, and lastly on the flight from Colombia to Mexico, one of our bags was opened without our supervision and there were several things stolen from it, the agent that we talked to about the inconvenience, her response was that the authorities could open and revise our bags without our supervision."
