Pros:Staff was very friendly and were accommodating. But when I reserve a vehicle, I expect that vehicle to be there, ready to go. Don’t tell me that I have to wait 30t to 45 minutes for my vehicle to be “approved”! Whatever that means. It’s already a long day traveling with a baby.Cons:What I said above. Cons:Have a car for the customer. I booked a car online and when I got to rental I was told there were no cars available for me. So I have never even renter from Ace Car Rental and expecting to receive a full refund.Reviewed 27 Dec. 2019

Pros:Nothing.Cons:I paid a price online that was an set amount per day, but it turns out that was only a reservation fee that didn’t even mean anything because there was no reservation. Once there, we waited in like for 30 min just for a rep to start from scratch and then charge us way more, plus a $2500 deosit!Reviewed 16 Aug. 2019
