I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird."

So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!"

We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

What's more is no one passed along any information, so no one had any idea how long a wait it was going to be. Needless to say it was very early in the morning, which is a horrible time to be left waiting and information-less. The delay definitely affected my perception of the rest of the flight as well. The comfort level was completely average -I'm a tall person so I've come to expect not being comfortable on airplanes, through no fault of the airlines. That being said despite it being a four hour flight, there was no entertainment on the plane unless you had downloaded the Lufthansa app and streamed through a mobile device. Given that there's no wifi in the Munich airport I don't see how this even would have been an option. Finally, the breakfast of eggs was really not up to par with what I've had on other airlines. I suppose it's unreasonable to think there could have been a food upgrade, but given that we were left waiting over an hour to board the plane (that not including actually finishing the boarding, taxi-ing to a runway and leaving) with no opportunity for food or drink, it would have been nice to actually have a decent tasting meal once we finally got going."
Pros: "I've flown on many different airlines since I was 10 years old and hands down this Lufthansa flight was the best and smoothest flight I have ever experienced. First of all, the plane was very comfortable and had good leg room. The flight staff were all extremely courteous and attentive. There was one point where I was reading in the dark and the crew member asked if I wanted the light turned on to read! Normally I don't sleep on flights, and the same crew member asked if I wanted ice cream since I don't feel like sleeping. The crew seemed to have this magic ability to make the flight more comfortable without the passenger having to even think about it, or try to ask for extra service. All of the crew were just very outstanding and organized throughout the entire flight, they were all generally very helpful and kind. By the time I got off the 14 hour flight, I didn't feel even the slightest bit tired or anxious, I was able to spend time with my friends in Budapest upon landing and stay out till 2 am without having to sleep or rest because the flight was so good."

My vacation is ruined, in 3 days I'm flying to another country in Europe and don't even know if I will fly with or without my luggage. No one apologized at Lufthansa or suggested any accommodations... Very disappointed with services. Lufthansa used to be good, but I guess not anymore."

Very cramped flight, overhead bins were all completely filled, and passengers had to fly with bags by their feet which was not very comfortable for me personally.

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."
Pros: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."

Pros: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Cons: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Cons: "I had safety concerns on the flight from YVR to Toronto because seated in the exit row were two individuals who were brought to the gate assisted on a cart and had to wait for assistance to get on and off the flight. They had very poor ambulation which made me nervous as these people have agreed, by sitting in the exit row, that they are able and willing to help in the case of an emergency evacuation. This was not a safe situation and was noted by several passengers."
Pros: "The manager who finally helped me was friendly and listened the entire time even when I was angry. She was concerned and helped me the best she could. The stewards are always friendly"
Cons: "There was only one agent on to check tickets. I was in line for 45 minutes and when I got to her, she just said over and over, there is nothing I can do, your flight time was just cut off. I would have to wait until the flight the next day. Even though I had no bags and there was still 35 minutes before take off. I also told her I knew I would be late and so spoke to someone from Westjet he night before. She smiled like I was lying to her. Lines should not be so black and white. If she would have just processed my ticket I would have had 35 minutes to get to my gate instead of 10. When you are flying with half full planes there should really be better ways to manage customer service."

Cons: "Airlines don't have small tv's to watch and give out cheap snacks. Flairaire is so cheap you even have to buy your beverage unless it's a glass of water. Wasn't overly impressed with this airline. Also getting your itenairy online was also difficult. I had to change email information and call customer service which was in Spanish not English language. Then while lining up at the airport to process and check bags there was no computer to self serve and get through the line up faster and efficiently. The main clerk that helps with the line up was rude to passengers. Stating that on a domestic flight you need to be 2 hours ahead of boarding. Which most of us were a good 90 minutes to pre boarding. All of the struggles can be avoided with self serve check-in and prepaid bag check. The flight and crew were friendly and pleasant."

Cons: "To start.. due to your company combining two out going Toronto flights in Vancouver and then being late off the ground in Vancouver because if that we missed our connecting flight in Toronto to Ottawa. This in turn made us miss a very important appointment in Ottawa. I’m sure the company loves that they saved money by combining those flights however you flunked the test with me. All the corporate could care less about me missing my flight after they look at the bottom line but I will be taking my $1600 plus money elsewhere in the future because of the aggravation, frustration and I don’t care attitude that your company has provided me. If I hadn't been there to ask, I don't know how long my mom and dad would have sat there. 2. The man who wheeled my dad to the gate was very nice and he said he arranged for all of us to sit together, which was nice because I wasn't able to sit with my parents since we weren't able to choose the same row when we booked. When we boarded, we found out that the seats hadn't been changed, and the person who previously booked the seat beside my parents refused to move so I sat in the row beside them. These problems were minor but they highlighted a lack of communication between staff and the attendant dealing with us wasn't the most friendly either. I pay premium pricing for the Plus seat so I have extra room to work. I chose not to turn off light in order to work, then flight attendants allowed the passenger to approach me. Really unacceptable to put me in uncomfortable interaction, making me play bad cop. I was sitting behind passengers talking loudly who were using profanity. My solution? Earphones. This is a commercial flight - offer passengers eye covers, some solution, or tell them to deal with it, or tell them to charter a private plane. Don’t tell us to sacrifice what we pay for, because you can’t do your job. Lost a loyal customer."

Cons: "West Jet personnel did not give any information about the customs process for connecting flights that I would face in Vancouver or the requirement to go through another security check between West Jet flights. I was told that I should simply go to the next gate to board the plane for Los Angeles -- and that I would do customs in the USA - so the info person sent me to retrieve my luggage (wrong info) and I ended with a 45 minutes anxious trek through the Vancouver airport! Once I found my gate, the West Jet personnel could not have been more kind."
