Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
Good staff, good intent, decent entertainment. More seat space would always be of benefit
I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?
Very very poor service. Authorities must take action against this airline immediately. Total failure to follow the rules and regulations of an international airline
It was the terrific, I was promoted to businessman class, and the service was amazing.
Very bad. We booked 8 months in advance for 2 people but couldn’t get seats together. Food was so bad I couldn’t even eat.
Luggage handling was very very bad. Damaged my new Calvin Klein bag and delayed another. Still did not get it since 2 days. Worst airlines and service.
Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.
Four of my family members was settled in a different seats. I paid extra $200 dollars for 4 seats just to be all together, but they settled us on separated seats. After a lots of time they put us 2 and 2. My kids are 9 and 13 . How i can leave them alone???
Food could have been hotter. More padding needed in economy seats
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
Very good, it took a little too long for the food to come out on a service that left after midnight but everything was great.
We are thankful for the useful gifts provided by the airline.The entertainment and crew were also very good
The flight encountered weather turbulences and it was scary at times but the pilot was outstanding! The food is outstanding! The crew was great. Only thing is the flight path map could be better (Reference: Emirates) Also would be nice to have more choice of soft drinks during the flight since it is a long flight. If the crews coming around with water instead of us going to the crew area asking.
Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.

They cancelled my seats and demanded full payment to rebook.
Plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom nearly nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to repair it. This flight was in direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
The jollof rice and fried plantain. Communication could have been better.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
Had to put carry ons under seat and had no legroom!!!
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
my flight was cancelled. next one scheduled 2 days later. no hotel provided. worst airline experience ever
Online check in was awesome and so smooth! It was our first time using it. I got to choose seats for free and I paid for our extra bag so easily. Then check in at the airport was a breeze!
Horrible. My gate did not get updated with our boarding pass. We didn’t receive any communication regarding gate change. Also not enough time was given in between flights. Zero consideration for people who are coming from abroad and have to get through customs and US border patrol
I never will fly again. They rebooked me without telling me. Cancelled my flight and rebooked me on new airline. When they booked me on new flight I had to repay for all my baggage and seat reservations despite the email and reservation I showed and confusion and discussions the new airline had trying to rectify it with Discover and Lufthansa. I added seats later which is an option which makes me think I need to book directly with airlines going forward to avoid this disaster
Overall experience is mediocre and the food was poor. I would avoid Lufthansa next time.
