I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.
The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.
We were in the plane for 3 hours before we could depart. No one offered us a drink or snack.
Everything went smoothly.
All was good.
I have always known of airlines to offer preboarding to those military members in uniform or on official orders. Delta took it one step further and allows prior service members to board also.
I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.
They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.
First flight was delayed more than an hour, then I was forced to spend more than an hour haggling with immigration police and airline agents because the airline didn't give me my ticket for the connecting flight in advance. Even though I was just in transit the Algerian immigration police have me a hard time. Clearly the AirAlgérie and the airport authorities in Algiers do not have professional procedures in place to deal with passengers trying to catch connecting flights. To boot my second flight was delayed three hours.
The crew was great with our children.
The plane was a bit dirty.
Unprofessional cabin crew. Glass of wine with cork floating was handed to me after the" meal" which was simply horrible.
I was able to reserve a seat in the second row.
Two-hour delay leaving because of mechanical problem. The way connections are handled in Algiers is complicated and unpleasant. Will never travel with Air Algerie again.
Plane was dirty, and someone had peed all over the bathroom floor at the very beginning of the trip.
Filthy planes and falling apart, if that doesn't bother you we did arrive safely:-/
3.5 hrs late. No announcement, just letting other flights board through us. No answer from “responsible” people in airport office. No estimated departure, just sudden change from ??? To “now”. The fish dish was revolting and the service! I was so stunned by how nasty one of the crew was to an elderly, multilingual couple who didn’t immediately respond as she thought they should to her unkind offer of tea.
Liked nothing to be honest
Traumatizing experience. It actually made me cry, The food was bad, the plane was three and hours late. The airport was terrible. Will try to avoid going through this airport for the rest of my life. The Tunisian guys were harassing and hitting on me. They took off the plastic wrap of my bags.
Flight Quick and safe
No reasons / appologies were given for a 2 hours delay from Tunis to Venice. Technicians were fixing a technical problem with a hammer (could not open the vent with hidraulics). Passengers, observing the process through the window, did not feel comfortable. No reassurances about security were provided.
The airline actually served 2 meals on a 3 hour flight.
The seats were torn up and they didn't seem to screen well for the exit rows. I was placed in one and I don't speak Arabic or French. The meal was bad, but I was impressed to have been served one at all.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
