Cons: "The flight was delayed by 3 hours because of storms in Atlanta earlier. This caused us to miss our connection to Fairbanks in Seattle, so we had to spend the night in Seattle at our own cost."

Cons: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Snack is the same but only 1/3 size of my first leg from Halifax to Montreal(6 pieces of tuna fish). This leg only have 2 pieces of tuna fish. Do not know why.
TSA scanned my boarding pass and i got through the gate but they airline deemed my not valid. Major flaw in the communication and boarding pass scanning system and now I’m paying an extra 2000 for the whole flight
Cons: "Unclear how Air Canada is still claiming “beat airline in North America.” I think that was true 5+ years ago but the last two years they have been an operational nightmare with customer service also being atrocious"
Cons: "Main meal was the worst I have had in over 10 years on a plane. I got the pasta. There were no vegetables or color other than yellow/orange in the dish. The side was a potato salad, which is also not very nutritious. Then you get a brownie and a roll. The breakfast/snack was also a pumpkin slice of bread. The overall food options were not very diverse in terms of the food groups. I thought plane food had improved in the last decade or so, but not on this flight."

Cons: "Food for economy class 10 hour flight was: Dinner: a bowel of rice with a couple of shavings of meat, bread, and a brownie. Snack: pretlzes Breakfast: small loaf of bread with a tiny amount of meat filling. Absolutely eat before boarding this flight. All you will get are carbs. The foam on the seats was thin and not comfortable. This airline can be a bit cheaper than others but I don't think it's worth it."
