Cons: "We were charged $120 per checked bag. We couldn’t check in online, so we couldn’t pre-pay at the lower rate. Felt a lot like fraud, honestly."

Cons: "$120 to check my 12kg bag! I was outraged! Was sold a ticket that included nothing but a seat and virgin and air new Zealand were not helpful. Kayak should have been more transparent about this exhorbitant fee! I plan to raise a stink when I get back to the states. Was shocked and had no other choose but to pay!"

Ease of boarding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. In flight entertainment great.
Cons: "Love that they fly an a380 into christchurch - a bit overkill but was told it is cheaper to overnight the plane in christchurch vs Sydney or Melbourne"
Cons: "It’s ridiculous that Cheaptickets (your contracted agent) did not answer the phone to change flights. And when they did answer the phone, charged extortionate change fees above and beyond Qantas fees even during the coronavirus pandemic."

FORCED to check our carry on luggage at the gate and then had to wait HOURS to claim it at the baggage claim. Sent family member who came to collect us home and then had to pay for a taxi, all this while in a wheelchair pushed by my husband because AC was short on staff. Was told we had to wait for drink service when we ordered a beer to have with our lunch. Then an hour later, drinks were limited and in the smallest glass ever. Inexcusable and unconsciousable. Will never travel with Rouge again.
The crew is super friendly and helpful , boarding was quick and easy , the prices are too high for a an airline that doesn’t provide complementary meals or snacks for long flights

Absolutely no support when loosing flight connection due to Air Canada delayed flights.

AC Cancelled our flight when we were waiting to board due to pilot staffing. They would have known this well in advance. Very frustrating. Rescheduled for the following day.
Air Canada cancelled our flight from Vancouver to Kamloops. They sent all the way back to Calgary and then to Kamloops arrive over five hours later than we should have. To top it all off, they lost my bag. I had to wait in line for awhile in Vancouver to get a new flight and then I had to wait a long time in Kamloops to report my lost bag!

United is irresponsible and putting pessengers at risk of covid-19 exposure! This is unacceptable. False advertising - people paid for social distance on the plane bit encounter the opposite !!"

Pros: "The flight was very comfortable! Was dealing with my ankle and just got stitches removed. Boarded in pre-boarding group! The gate attendant helped a lot with my boarding pass which was on my phone and didn’t work the first time I tried it. The plane was a brand new 737 Max 9. My seat was in first class (2A) is was a nice size seat and comfortable! The flight crew was extremely nice, polite and attentive!"
Cons: "We did hit some turbulence on the trip but nothing major. The person in front of me reclined their seat pretty early in the trip which was fine until I had to use the lavatory. It was a bit of a tight squeeze trying to get out of the row since I was in the window seat. Was a little bit upset that I complied with the carry-on rules and many of the other passengers DID NOT! The flight was over sold and they did ask for volunteers to give up their seats. I wish United would stop doing that!"

Cons: "Even as I was checking in for the flight, as an economy traveler, I was constantly reminded of all the things I wasn’t entitled to -all boarding was based on how much you’d paid, not where you were sitting. I didn’t expect special treatment, but once you’re at the gate, boarding agents usually treat passengers equally. Not so with United."
Pros: "They got me to my destination safely and the flight attendants were all very nice"

Cons: "I checked in online. I PAID for our bags. When I get to the check in counter to check my bags, I have to use their computers to CHECK IN and PAY AGAIN! They charged me $100 for my 1 bag! Ridiculous! And we were NOT allowed a carry on; only 1 personal bag."
