Dovevo prendere il volo da Atlanta a Buenos Aires alle 22 invece è stato sospeso senza nessun preavviso e rimandato al giorno dopo alle 9 del mattino, i parenti che mi attendevano all'aeroporto sono dovuti andare in albergo e non ho avuto nessun risarcimento danni. Ho mangiato al bar dell'aeroporto un piatto di d'insalata con 4 anelli di calamari col voucher di 30 dollari perché la cucina dell'albergo era chiusa ed ho dovuto pagarmi la bibita, 8 dollari per una birra, e anche la colazione del giorno dopo non compresa, deplorabile.
Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.
Pros: "Fast/ efficient"
Cons: "The little plane is always brutal. I'm not a small guy and sat next to an offensive lineman. It was tight for sure!"
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."
Cons: "The food on the plain or snacks were to poor and not that tasty."

Cons: "I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans."
Cons: "It felt like the flight attendant had a long day. Chairs weren't super comfortable."

I was flying with 2 older children and would appreciate if we had window row sits ,and not be seated near screeming toddlers. Sandwich was terrible.
Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.
So many minor delays, very little communication, and what there was, we couldn't even hear in the first place.
Cons: "Boarding was slow but they had increased number of wheelchair clients. Not their fault but was a known so the process could have been started earlier."

Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.
The seats were very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Sat in the tarmac for 3 hours because of technical difficulties. Glad we’re took off safely but wish planes could’ve been rotated or this check done before we boarded.

Pros: "Very old aircraft. Looked extremely run down and many things were broken."
Pros: "We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers"
Cons: "Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area"

less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights
Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once
Incompetent crew at the boarding counter. Never flying AA again.

Pros: "Air Crew was professional and polite - flight was quick and lasted less than 90 minutes in the air, was overall enjoyable"
Cons: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

Cons: "I didn’t like anything about this flight, except that we arrived safely. I had the last seat, next to the toilet, and that container or whatever it is, was dirty. Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!"

Cons: "As much as the flight was truly very good and the crew very friendly and helpful as much as the equipment (airplane, seats, entertainment) really shabby and certainly not worth the the 2500,00 $ I paid for a better seat. I could of flown with Air transat and get better than I got with Air Canada. I feel it was rip off. Quality - price not there . Please give your crew a better uniform. The ones they wear now is very sad and oldish looking. If I think this and am 67 years old, imagine what the younger generation thinks."

Cons: "First I get to the airport in Montreal to fly with Lufthansa.as I bought my ticket with Lufthansa.. ..made line for about 15 min they tell me it is not with them, it is with air canada..no reason why...so I did made line again..the hours of that fly were the same.. but when I landed in Geneva somebody is waiting for me to tell me my fly has been cancel..so I had to fly to Zurich instead and not only that I had a meeting today getting into barcelona but with the new schedule instead of arriving to 400 pm I ended up getting there at 730pm..and to add to this it is a 4 days trip so I already lost one..and I still not in Barcelona so will see what happens to my bag."
