They boarding was incredibly disorganized and very late departure because of how bad it was.
Bit surprised to have pay for drinks, pay for a blanket and pay for headphones for the films. Another sneaky 52 EUR on the flight costs :(
Flight itself fine, big problem with KAYAK. Revised e-ticket sent in July stated departure LHR 10:55, arrival SFO 13:45. (a believable local arrival time given flight length and time difference). When we got to LHR there was no 10:55 flight to SFO and were advised that in fact flight LH2473 was arriving in MUNICH at 13:45pm, and that we would need to get a connecting flight arriving in SFO at 18:55 local time - over 5 hours later than expected. 1) you the booking agent made an error on the revised e-ticket you sent, omitting the Munich stopover and incorrect SFO arrival time. 2) I booked a DIRECT flight and 3) we had to cancel plans this end as a result, even though the team at LHR did a great job moving us to a later direct flight getting us in 2 hours earlier than the flight from munich would have.
Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying
It was the screen on this flight that was bad. It would randomly turn off and change. It was unresponsive. This was the 12 hour flight that the screen annoyed me

Pros: "Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket."
Cons: "Seats in economy were very uncomfortable, almost no cushion in any of the seats or the seat backs. Would not recommend Lufthansa for long haul."
Cons: "The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests."

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet
Cons: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"

Cons: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Pros: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Cons: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Flight attendants were great. Wish there were more current movies and shows available. Only 1 Ted Lasso, was hooked, but only able to watch one episode.
The flight was delayed for an hour and there was no inflight service.
Flight takeoff delayed as second plane needed to be towed to the gate. At my check in kiosk, an Air Canada staffer was walking by and paused to help me. Flight attendant was careful and helpful with my carry on. Spectacular customer service. No food. It was a short flight.
The TV shows available were way better than other AC flights. Most have only 3 episodes which doesn’t make sense.
Boarding for all airlines is goofy. Why don't they just board from the rear to the front? Food... what food? The 737-8 is poorly designed. Using the toilets totally interferes with the service crew. Pilots could have been more reassuring about the turbulence we encountered. Cabin crew were exceptional. Flight was on time with little wasted time on ground.
United kept us on the tarmac for 8 hours without giving us the straight story. Cancelled the flight and told us to run to another gate. No flight to Vancouver there only to Ireland. We arranged another flight to Vancouver through Chicago and stayed up all night to get it. That flight was then cancelled. No one at United took responsibility for managing information, There was no way to reschedule until 5 days later and so we didn't go. Lodging costs sunk. Family disappointed, Now I can't get through to get a ticket refund. How do I get a refund for this horrible experience?
You had to pay to select a seat even 24 hours before. Unfriendly crew. Over priced food.

air canada plane was old, entertainment system was a little wonky, and the insistence on gate-checking bags when there was plenty of overhead room is a drag. flight crew was really good and a warm egg sandwich was a surprise on a 6 am flight.
It was delayed 4 hours for a flight of 1h its ridiculous!!
