Cons: "The plane was SO hot and stuffy. It was an overnight flight, so they passed out blankets—but it was so hot no one used them. The air was stale, to the point of feeling claustrophobic."

Cons: "Swiss generally should be more helpful/accommodating with transfers - especially at mammoth airports like Zurich. We had 10 minutes to transfer - and my mother requested wheelchair support, which never came. Just a disaster in that regard."
Pros: "This new c-series was fantastic, what a nice aircraft!...feels very airy, clean & modern! Wow! Thumbs up! Looking to fly again on this plane."

Cons: "The entertainment remote was not working and the crew member could not fix it. Indicated that his happens and that the planes are supposed to be refurbished within the year. The screen was the most user-unfriendly I have seen in a long time"
Pros: "Seats just as small as US carriers, but in better shape, cleaner, less ratty overall. I also like that Swiss Air doesn't fuss with boarding everyone in 8 different classes. First class through one door and everyone else through the other, nice and easy."
Cons: "It was actually quite good, Delta is by far the airline to use compared with the other airlines."
Cons: "The social distancing, the cdc is recommending 6 ft but there are passengers directly behind and in grinning us and only one passenger seat empty between 2 people. With covid on the rise, how are you actually doing your party to take care of your customers."
Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."
Cons: "I’m a pretty big guy so this won’t apply for many other people . But the seats didn’t have much space . It was a very uncomfortable experience. I have taken many other flights and this one was one of the worst."

Cons: "Messed up my luggage in Atlanta. Gate said baggage was going to domestic. Ended up in international terminal. Added almost an hour of back and forth between terminals."
Cons: "I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans."

Cons: "Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."

Cons: "Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed"

Cons: "When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in."
A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
My seat was so uncomfortable, and the headrest was broken. Very very disappointing for the price I paid.
Even though my seat is a paid seat, I was told to give up my seat to a passenger. I tried to ask the CA to negotiate, and when I spoke in Japanese, the CA fled. I had to find a Japanese CA and ask them to deal with it. . After takeoff, I spilled my coffee, and when I asked the flight attendant for a towel, she told me to wipe it off with a wet tissue. My clothes got wet, so I asked CA for an extra blanket, but I had to wait for an hour.
The hard product, food, and service are far superior to their North American counterparts

Cons: "Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another."
Cons: "2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing"
Cons: "I was almost forced to stow my luggage in the hold despite me telling the check-in people tjat I had my meds and cpap in the carryon. I spoke to multiple people. Not sensitive."
Pros: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."

Cons: "Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold."
Flight was supposed to take off Saturday at noon. Bumped for unknown reasons until 2 am, then 9 am, then noon, then we don’t know. Not weather related. Dismal and non existent customer service. No 24/7 relations. Couldn’t get my bag back to attempt to get on another flight until 5pm Saturday. Will never take this airline again!

Cons: "Vegetarian food was poor. It was just boiled vegetables. Even the bread that was given to others was not there. They treated Vegetarian food as Vegan food (although it was specified as vegetarian), so there was no butter, no yogurt and nothing but boiled vegetables and fruit salad. Hard to sustain oneself with that on a 12 hour flight! I asked the flight attendant for yogurt who just ignored my request."
Unfriendly staff, delayed flight, luggage took almost an hour. Very disappointing.
One United employee a little impatient, also on flight WiFi was out for some time. I was happy to receive a complimentary alcoholic beverage for volunteering to check my carry on bag.
I enjoyed everything generally. However, getting from the Tarmac to the arrival building required we got on a Bus and meaning they had to wait on everyone to get in from the plane eating a significant amount of time and we still had to get o. The air shuttle to get to the arrival building and saw passengers with connections having to run all the way.
My experience flying from Ottawa to Montreal was not good!
A long international flight and not even a snack? Really? One drink in five hours? Really?
Worse service, they canceled the flight 3 hours before departure and only informed us by text
More stress and uncertainty. My flight from Ottawa to Toronto was delayed due to a tech issue and I would have missed my connection to Nashville. I tried calling AC customer service and after a 1+hr hold, was told there were no earlier flights to Toronto (not true)and if she booked me on another flight, I'd have to spend the night in Toronto. Fortunately at AC check-in, I was able to get on the earlier flight (last seat due to a cancelation) and was able to make my connection. In the end, I got into Nashville an hour late, due to delays on the Toronto/Nashville connection. Both going to Ottawa and returning, I was faced with delayed flights and missed connections. I just want the confidence that flights are going to arrive and leave on time.
When a person pays 500 $ for one way ticket that person should have better seat not the seat before the bathrooms.🤔🤨
Seating is very tight. We were delayed 90 minutes to board, because the flight crew were late
