Cons: "The Delta flight from Birmingham-ATL was excellent as always. But the Aeromexico flight from ATL to Querétaro was not comfortable. Several passengers including me complain that the temperature in the cabin was extremely warm. If I would guess I would say close to 80 F. When we talk to the fligh attendant she fixed and for a few minutes was cool and comfortable but then again went back to super warm. It was so warm that a couple of members of my family started feeling sick."

Cons: "This flight was the result of an attempt to rebook a flight after your poor information and integration with travel distributors and insures caused weeks of phone calls and frustration. Then when I finally absorbed the cost of a change that was supposed to be covered - the new flight you booked me on kept changing itineraries and flight times (the reason it was not covered is that Aeromexico didn't convey to me or anyone what boarding classes and conditions were refundable and your reps were constantly confused and changed the story - each time finding a new hurdle). I will never book with Aeromexico again."

Cons: "seat assignment, no other choices to seat unable to figure out how seats are assigned why all the way back to the plane when people with teenagers get to sit at the front and perhaps is there something I am unaware when traveling I guess need to pay extra and get a pleasant flight instead of being treated like a peasant"
