Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.
Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.
I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.
No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
The line at boarding was not well organized and managed
Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet

We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.

We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again
I think as another discount flyer they stepped up the bar. I think they should stay around for awhile
Airline Rep at Gatwick condescending and a very poor representative for this airline did request his name but he refused. Will certainty think twice to fly with this airline in future.
Would be nice if they could have a wifi service onboard and also if they had a food menu other then the one you have to pay !
I'm Canadian. I have the unfortunate experience of pretty not having the choice to fly with them. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.

NEVER TOOK THIS FLIGHT. LUFTHANSA CANCELED THIS FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. We were rerouted through Chicago on United airlines with a layover of five hours and then on American Airlines to St. Louis. The United club lounge in Chicago is good but there is no shower unlike Bangalore 080 lounge
Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.
I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.
My luggage was lost and there’s no way to follow up and find out where it is located. Super frustrating.

Very short flight so the limited space and lack of entertainment were no issue. Crew was friendly and the flight was very punctual. Baggage claim in Prague was lightning quick.
Simply the best way to get nonstop to Europe. if you’re lucky, there’s clear skies with views of Arctic or the aurora at night.
Paid extra for the seat to have more leg room they changed the aircraft and gave me the last seat in the cabin and I couldn't even recline the seat backwards due to the wall behind. Asked the crew member she said she will check as she has to accommodate other people and never came back or moved me elsewhere.

Cancel because of maintenance issues. rebooked next day and then the replacement plane 3 hours late.
My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
As is pretty much the norm with Air Canada now, we left late from the gate (45 minutes late). This is my 12th flight with AC in the last 12 months and 10 of those flights were either late or cancelled. AC essentially has a monopoly in Canada so they have carte blanche to charge exorbitant rates now and give poor service, with no repercussions.
I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
Treating guests with respect when they are having issues. Myself and another guest were expected to climb over someone who had a disability and was clearly not well. There was no assistance. Also when the lady beside me asked to see if there was a possibility to get off the plane as soon as they were able because her husband is having emergency surgery the flight attendant’s response was so rude and dismissive.
It said that there was wifi. During the flight there was no wifi and while waiting at the gate the phone services already got cut off so I wasn’t able to say I am taxiing from the gate to my husband. This left me with an uncomfortable feeling. So I was waiting on the WiFi connection during flight and that never happened.
I asked for a wheelchair. I have a back health condition. I had to walk a lot
The entertainment system in the plane ✈️ didn’t work in our row… makes for a MUCH longer flight.

Due to air traffic control, although we boarded the aircraft early, take off was delayed for nearly 50 minutes. This meant we arrived in Lyon late … and the baggage took over 30 minutes to be offloaded … not the best experience.
The flight and the staff was excellent. Only bad thing is no entertainment and you have to pay for anything other than water.
The behaviour of Cabin Crew was really bad and they didn't serve food in my 10hrs flight even though I booked my flight food . They didn't treated me well. Seriously inhumane people. Moreover, they have made fun of my religious belief as I was carrying lord Krishna idol with me which is highly unacceptable. Our connecting flight got delayed and for providing the information regarding next flight and other immigration there was no guidance provided at the airport. I am really disappointed with the airlines as they have hurt my self respect as well my religious sentiments during my whole flight.
The seat pod in business class was dirty and had some white liquid in the food tray. The steward was perfunctory and the hot food was dry. There were lots of children crying as well and the parents could have used a little more help from the crew.
Everything about the flight was great. One negative thing, The British airways site said that we could check one bag for free but American Airlines who was actually doing the flight charged us 70 euro.
They didn’t serve my special order meal. And the “free internet” didn’t work
