It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!"

The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."

She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig"

After booking a day-room at a local hotel, I checked in on-line and discovered for 115 euros I could have upgraded to business class, with luggage included, and been accommodated on schedule changes. My suggestion to Lufthansa is if they intend to rip their customers off it's best NOT TO LET THEM FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, or if they're simply too incompetent to match marketing offers to their booking department they could save considerable income and reputation by closing the ticket office. As it was, the impression was a low-class money grab. It's not like they can count on their partnership with United to make them look good."

This should not have occurred- I should not have to run to my gate from one flight to another especially when I raised this concern to an employee of Lufthansa as well as a customs officer."

The sign wasn't able to be seen, and these passengers shouldn't have been faulted for BA's ineptness. After being checked in, I asked an another BA agent where to go. Upon arriving at the aircraft, I was rather frostily told "you're onn the wrong level" and pointed to the stairs. I let them know that I was on the 2nd level due to the direction of the BA staff. My seat space was reduced to a mere 12" when the passenger in front of me abruptly reclined his seat all the way back."

If we buy tickets from your website and you own the process, you should be more helpful when there are problems. The back-and-forth was frustrating. Lima airport takes a long time to go through all the checkpoints. Two hours does not give enough time. There are at least four long lines that have to be endured. This process could use some streamlining."

The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late,that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."

Cons: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Had to call SN customer service after AC could not check me in, then wait and wait as they had to try to correct the mistake 3x before AC counter could issue boarding passes. Every airports kiosks are different and that was our first time going through there so we just wanted to make sure that we did it right. Then when we get to the gate where we're suppose to leave out from, I asl the attendant there who I can talk to about forgotten bag on board. She then goes to tell me that I need to call the 800 #, Abd I said but I'm here at the airport can't they just bring it to this gate and she then got an attitude and said that they couldn't do that and I would just have to go to the lost and found which was downstairs. I was on the line with lost and found before I went to ask her any questions, and I mentioned to her that I had been on hold for 30 minutes, and she said they weren't going to answer. So I then asked hire am I suppose to get my bag then? She repeated about calling the 800 #, and at this time a lady runs up the counter thinking that she missed her flight. She shows the attendant her phone and is hysterical thinking that she missed her flight and the flight attendant told her just go sit down it's not here yet you didn't miss it. The customer then starts yelling in another language and the flight attendant just tells your just go sit down calm down and go sit down. She's doing all of this while I'm standing there she pulls out her phone and then told her co-worker I should put her on YouTube the way they do us. All the while I'm standing there because I still have more questions and she just ignored me like I wasn't even standing there. I more than likely will never fly this airline again, I'm paying for their services and to get treated like this, no thanks!!"

Pros: "Nice, polite and helpful bilingual crew. Apologetically when trouble started and we had to do two unscheduled stops in Calgary. THe second crew was also very nice but not very bilingual."
Cons: "The fact that we were over 6 hours late, and even with my old age, I went 24 hours without sleep. I missed my ride to the apartment where I was supposed to stay and had to rent a room at an hotel nearby, adding to the costs of the flight."

Pros: "Just about everything. And to top it all off, I found that the air inside the cabin was very good and so I arrived after 14 hours on board without red eyes and a headache"

Cons: "The security check took so long. We made it last minute even thought we were in the airport more than 1.5 hours before the flight (as recommended)!!"

Cons: "They changed our gate 3 times, and delayed our flight an hour and a half. It was extremely irritating and time consuming."

Cons: "I was sent to Frankfurt because Air Canada messed up my flight. When I got to Frankfurt, they had booked me on a lufthansa flight. When I got to the gate to get a boarding pass, the person told me that Air Canada had not paid them for the flight and unless they were able to contact them before boarding the plane, I would not be able to get in. They were able to do so right before boarding. The plane from Frankfurt was over one hour late. I was supposed to arrive in Lyon at 10:35am and got there at 7:30pm. Throughout all this ordeal, Air Canada staff members were mostly unhelpful and often rude."

Cons: "In flight entertainment wasn't working on my seat."

Cons: "11:45pm flight delayed by over two hours! Boarding was unorthodox and time consuming given the arrival of the delayed flight. Due to the delayed arrival of the aircraft at Los Angeles, the gate assignment was given to another aircraft and we had to board a bus and be ferried to a remote field at LAX that was literally 15 minutes a way by bus in order to board the flight to Toronto. The boarding process was incredibly time consuming and inconvenient. Flight ended up departing Los Angeles at 2:15am."

Pros: "The crew were friendly and the food was pretty good."
Cons: "There was no music/entertainment provided by Air Canada. No flights over 4 hours should be without monitors for movies and/or music. Being told in-flight that we could have downloaded the Air Canada app was inexcusable as one couldn't download anything during the flight. I've been on many flights and the only other plane that didn't have entertainment or music options was going from Cape Cod, MA to Nantucket; a 20 minute flight on a Cessna. I was not expecting any music or entertainment on that flight, however. My wife and I were very disappointed in Air Canada from this perspective. We have 4 children and would pay extra on different airlines would never fly it again. We were grateful from Toronto to DFW there was entertainment, though."
