Constant cancellations. One last minute cancellation after they bussed us to to plane. Then they sent me to France to get another connection. A total waste of time and energy

Pros: "Flight attendants were pleasant. Bathrooms remained clean the entire flight."
Cons: "Food was horrible. Ran out of croissants in the morning."
Pros: "Even with basic economy we were able to get our belongings in the overhead bin, preserving legroom"
Cons: "The seats were cosmically uncomfortable. Even with a window seat there was no way to get comfortable in the seat."
Pros: "The crew was excellent. They were professional, efficient and very accommodating. The pilot was also excellent. He kept us informed of the status of the flight throughout the trip."
Cons: "The plane was terrible. The seats are so close together that you cannot move. The aisle is so narrow that one person can barely down it. Forget it if you have to pass by someone. The bathroom too is so small that you cannot move in it. It’s so uncomfortable. The new boarding process is just dumb. And to make matters worse they don’t even bother to check the boarding groups when you board. I had a person in a later boarding group in front of me and they let her on anyway — so what’s the point of having boarding groups. They should just go back to boarding from the rear of the plane first - that is the most efficient and quick way to do it. The so called entertainment is a joke. There is a very small choice of movies/TV shows to watch and that’s it. The free wi-fi gets you nowhere."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!"

Cons: "the drinks cart took an hour to reach my aisle. it would have been nice for them to have had 2 carts to speed up that process. the seats are marginally more comfortable than those on a discount airline."

Cons: "There is no food to offer unless you pay for it when you are asked. I got a bag of chips that isually goes for 1.99 at the store but they sell it for 4.99. They only give you 2 cookies and a drink for a 5 hour flight. The entertaiment was not present for 98% of the flight even when it says that wifi is available and to choose the movies or shows from their website. There's no disclaimer saying wifi does not work over the sea which was thru almost the entire flight. When you could finally connect to it, it wouldn't load. Most airplanes have an entertainment system in the back of the seat even for less than 3 hour flights but not on this one. Very disappointing."
Pros: "Lost my baggage at San fransico and your connecting flights give you 30 min at most to get across an entire airport honestly I was so mad at the end when I finally got my bag I was missing a wheel of all things just poor organization for a business that takes in as much revenue as United does"

Pros: "The crew in air Canada is awesome! They were really great and friendly. I'm impressed with their impeccable service even if it was a short flight to Vancouver."
