Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight."

Get to airport and ask for an up grade not possible but if I paid $200 when rebooking the flight I could have gotten one. Snacks were horrible and I have a delta card and was charged $29 to get in plus a charge for my extra suitcase. It’s ridiculous given the amount of money I spend on m card on the monthly basis. Very disappointing"
Cons: "The overhead bin did not stay down low enough so that I could place my bag in. It would lower then before I could place my bag raise slightly by a few inches. For someone of my height (5’5”) that was problematic. Fortunately another passenger saw my dilemma and held the bin lower to its full opening capacity. This also momentarily slowed down the boarding process."

I literally RAN all the way from deplaining to boarding. It was a night mare. I would have missed my flight if I had walked instead of running"

I tempted to go out and get it after I boarded. She spoked high toned voice instructing me to go back on flight. I went back and i did... she brought my bag from security I was grateful until she spoked loud in the mid section of the plane to me sarcastically and rudely "so you left a whole bag" and walked out after placing it up. I was sitting way back and people saw it all. I felt she embarrassed and very bad and i think customers should got be treated that way."

Pros: "We left late and after a six and a half hour flight with a 5 hour layover we were not impressed. The plane was a Boeing 737-600 and the rows were close together. The first plane was a Boeing 37-800 with a lot more legroom. WestJet should take these things into consideration when scheduling their flights."

Pros: "West jet people cope with constant delays and breakdowns with calmness and desire to help the passengers. My flight was fine, no problems. I trust that any problems that come up can be resolved."
Cons: "I know that snacks are not a major factor on a flight but when there is the exact same choice of Lotus cookies and pretzels on every single flight it is really boring. By the end of three flights over a long day, it’s pretty awful."
Pros: "Considering the winter snow storm in effect at the time of the flight, I think WestJet did well!"

Cons: "Seats were too narrow, plane was changed to what looked like a smaller plane. Everything else wasn’t WestJet’s fault. Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Cons: "Flight Late by Over 1 Hour due to deicing which they should have built into their boarding time schedule and two passenger did not show up causing further delays."

Cons: "Checking in was horrible. I stood in line while many of the agents kept chatting with each other. Then when they finally noticed that I was still standing there 2 of them waved at me. The agent who checked me in acted like I was inconveniencing her, she had a really bad attitude."

Cons: "Lack of maintenance. Seats did not recline, seat in front of me was broken. No reading lights available. One washroom became inoperable. Just showing a lack of maintenance or cost saving measures until new planes are delivered. Not a great impression for a carrier striving to compete against Air Canada. I would say they are competing with Air Transat."
Pros: "The Wet jet staff were very accommodating and lovely. The on board staff and on ground staff did their best to be very accommodating during very problematic weather issues related to Toronto."
Cons: "We were given wheels up time twice due to delays in Toronto for freezing rain. I ended up changing my flight to a direct from Calgary to London. The amount of time spent in the airport was definitely a negative."
Cons: "Lots of delays on different flights for members of our party flying from various points in US to Calgary and on returns. Several folks had damage to their luggage, including wheels torn off of baggage and a cracked ski helmet."

Cons: "I didn't like that someone was reclining in there seat in front of me and it was so far down that it was uncomfortable even to sit in my seat or get to my table. Also was very disappointed that I had to pay for food even though it was way over 8 hours, in the end didn't even bother about food was not much of a choice. Also no TV on this long haul flight was really disappointed again, so I had to pay for a tablet was hugely disappointed. Needed more leg room was cramped on this flight."
Pros: "The West Jet reps everywhere were calm, cool, and friendly. I thought they were terrific. In Edmonton, the women from West Jet did their best to help and keep the waiting disgruntled passengers informed. In Kelowna, when I discovered my luggage was still in Calgary, the West Jet rep was cheerful and helpful. How could I possibly be annoyed?"
Cons: "Wrong. I ended up in Kelowna."
Pros: "I really liked the service with West Jet. The people were so friendly and helpful, and that was huge since we were not as familiar with Canadian procedures. After we got on board the flight, I do not remember much since I literally got on the plane and went to sleep. But I was comfortable enough to sleep!"
Pros: "mostly everything that an airline can offer is always on par !"
Cons: "seat sealction - I've booked in advice but seat selection is always a headache. I prefer to have front seats (closes to front in econly class, emergency area) but I got stuck all the way in the back by the washrooms. It would be amazing if on my way back to Calgary I can have a better option?"

Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK."

Pros: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Cons: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Cons: "I had requested an aisle seat and on both flights to and from Stockholm and Chicago had to sit on the very last row in the middle seat between 2 people who seemed to exceed the "weight allowance" that seem so important now when you flight unless you spend a lot a money on the ticket and it then becomes irrelevant !!"

Cons: "The Lufthansa representative in Frankfurt made me check one of my bags, when SAS clearly said I was allowed to have one carry-on and one personal item. This was not a Lufthansa flight, but the rude attendant insisted on enforcing Lufthansa rules on an SAS flight and refused to even allow me to voice an objection. I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."
