Very friendly staff, very responsive to complaints about the cabin temperature. 😁
Very friendly staff, very responsive to complaints about the cabin temperature. 😁
...just O.K., I paid to upgrade our seating but seemed the same old cramped seat to me! What a rip off. Movie choices were minimal, lots of stuff not worth watching!!!
I was assigned a seat other than what I chose when I booked the flight. I chose a seat somewhat behind first class so that I could get off in a timely manner to ensure a wheelchair. Instead, I was assigned the handicap seat in the back row near the gross bathroom. I noticed when I got to the airport my boarding pass did not have my seat on it. However, when I spoke to the woman at the gate about getting a wheelchair for the onboarding process, I then saw a seat number on my boarding pass. I think she gave me a seat that I didn’t choose when I booked the flight. Now I wonder if I paid more money than what the back seat was worth??
The crew was pleasant! Our flight was delayed, and the pilot explained why. That was nice!
Flight was smooth and pilot was communicative with updates throughout the flight. Attendants were friendly.
I was traveling while very tired. The crew was very patient with me and I appreciated their kindness in addressing my needs. Having recently suffered a death in the family, I wasn’t prepared for the rigors of the day. They took good care of me and I was thankful for that. As for the rest of the flight that day, Alaska Airlines once again delivered a quality service. Every company has standards, and it is good to see the difference in quality of service when those standards are enforced! Keep up the great work!
I didn't use the entertainment options. Otherwise it was a good flight.
Flights were on time and everything went well thank you
It would have been nice to get a heads up on the security measures in Canada. I have global entry and haven’t used a clear plastic bag in years, but got stopped because of it. I know it’s not Alaska Airlines responsibility but it would have been nice to have a link in one of our emails.
The seats were comfortable, the overhead bins were ample, the staff was helpful, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed free texting. However, I much prefer Southwest no reserved seats (take any unoccupied seat) and their policy of two checked bags free, and ability to freely change flights. The Alaska airplane was nicer and newer than the Southwest one. Overall, my Alaska Airlines flying experience was a very positive one.
Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible
Calgary desperately needs a star alliance lounge in the transborder area for United.
Brutal as can be … delayed by 24 hours then delayed and hour on the tarmac then delayed three hours in Chicago, screaming child behind me kicking the seat for the better part of 10 hours… couldn’t be worse
My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.
The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.
The flight was delayed, but other than that everything was fine.
-The cabin was ice cold - When we arrived in Houston there was no gate available -We had to wait 90 minutes for our luggage to arrive.. In the future I will avoid flying with Air Canada at at costs
How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?
Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.
An hour and a half late is UNACCEPTABLE. The negative impact to our family is unconscionable. And for the price we were forced to pay...
