The cost of of the tablet was cheap and allowed you access to everything, which is different from other airline a-la-carte purchasing of different entertainment. -Crew was great, food/beverage service was also great."
Cons: "-At HNL there was poor signage to get from the rental car return to the airline. Once we got into the terminal it really wasn't clear if we should go left or right, We wound up asking an American employee where Alaska was. -After the checked bag agriculture inspection it was not clear that you go to the kiosks there right after the inspection. I think it partially wasn't clear because there were multiple large groups traveling with tons of luggage and you go straight to the kiosks and then back track to hand over your checked bag. The line for checking the bag vs needing help wasn't clear either. Luckily there were Alaska employee's there helping at the kiosks and with the bag checking so it did go smooth but could definitely be better."

Pros: "The flight crew messed up, and didn't see that the people behind my row had a carseat that wasn't aloud to be in the exit row, so they asked my row to switch with them, we all said yes. In exchange for the inconvenience (especially because the seats we were moved to didn't recline) they hooked us up with a ton of free food, movies, and even beers! Everyone was so nice, and our plane had plenty of leg room. To be honest, Alaskan Airlines has become my new favorite Airline"

The Virgin employee at domestic told me to go back to Intl, and the Alaska employee told me I should have arrived earlier. I was upset that they were not helpful but I understand this was also my fault for not realizing I was on an Alaska flight in the beginning."

Cons: "I am 6 months pregnant and so I was very tired from standing and walking so much at the airport. During the boarding, I had just gotten to the door of the plane when the flight attendants stop the long line of passengers boarding to serve everyone in first class juice or cocktails or something, when they had already been given bottles of water! Standing there tired and footsore, while everyone in first class got their second drink, kicked back in their cushy, spacious seats, when they had only been there a few minutes anyway, seemed absolutely ridiculous. What is this, a holdover from the feudal system??"

Cons: "In Toronto, I waited in line at the AA ticket counter. By the time I got to the counter it was a few minutes after the "one hour before flight cut off". I was there in time! I had to give the ticket agent my credit card and she charged my card 400.48! The AA agent was mean and very unprofessional. She told me I had three minutes to make a decision or be stuck in Toronto until the next day. My flight was delayed and I would have made it with no problem. I even have Global Entry! My original flight to Miami was non-stop, instead I had to take a flight that connected in Miami. That flight was two hours late! This was the worst experience I ever had!"

Cons: "I didn't like that they took a long time to load bags onto the plane. For an international flight to be delayed by this, it can be frustrating. Fortunately, I didn't have a connection, but some passengers did, and I hope they weren't delayed. Also, while it was nice that they had entertainment options, it seemed pretty expensive (~$8 for new movies, and ~$6 for VERY old movies (like from the 2000s)). I suppose that's the cost of entertainment, but I have flown with Virgin America airline and they seemed to have more reasonable pricing/better selection."

"Worst experience ever. My carry on was checked in and I had to carry all my electronics (laptop, etc) as if I was lost. No food. No proper AC. It was clearly stated that I have a carry on that I could bring with me and I wasn't allowed a carry on upon boarding. I flew many airlines (International and domestic airlines) and this by far is the worst experience I've had."

And although it may have been a last-minute issue, learning that there was no WiFi as we ascended 10,000’ into the air was quite disappointing. Pros: "The crew was stellar! For a change, the flight wasn't too full, and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to move me and my husband to a row where we could have the middle one open. Another flight attendant was so pleasant and friendly, without being in the least intrusive, and so was one of the flight crew who I by chance exchanged a few pleasantries with. The food was reasonably good, although oddly leaning a little too heavily on the carbohydrate side. The WiFi actually worked, and the entertainment offered not bad. I liked that there were a few off-the-beaten-track choices in movies and TV documentaries."
Cons: "What I didn't like was after booking a ticket, then calling before my round trip to see if I could make a change of one day for the return. I was quoted a price of $4,870 to change two $300 tickets. I opted to not change and expressed my dismay at this preposterous fee to change. Her best suggestion was to check again after the trip out (Denver to Heathrow). I did, on Friday April 13th, when I called Lufthansa (it was a Lufthansa flight operated by United) I was told it was a mere $600 to change 2 $300 tickets. Again my husband and I decided not to do this. Yet, when we arrived at Heathrow for our return trip, we couldn't get our boarding passes because they said we were too early for our flight tomorrow. Somehow they'd changed it after we declined to make the change! We were able to get it changed back and get on the flight, but got not a word of apology or explanation. Still waiting to see if any kind of charge shows up we will have to dispute. Not at all happy with Lufthansa for this."

I am in the US Coast Guard and we are NOT allowed to fly in uniform. This does not mean I am not a part of the military and I should be treated with respect. I had my ID ready to present and only had one bag. The employee was very rude and told me to go to the end of the line. I will NEVER fly United again. I was wrong to think they took care of military personnel."

Pros: "If just two rows of seats could be removed it would make things so much better. I'm only 5' tall and still barely have enough room. My boyfriend is 6' tall and can't even move once he's in. Of course it's hard financially to pay $300 extra per ticket to visit family so we suffer through."
