Cons: "The international flights plane was much older - janky outdated screen that’s hard to use, zero leg room, and usb outlets that didn’t work. Also the WiFi kept dropping. The delta staff, food service and nice extras like warm cookies and towels were excellent."

Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Flight as delayed 5 hours, we missed our connection and had to cancel our whole trip. Plus we spent $300 for a room at the airport the night before and that was a waste of money. Air Canada retrieved that plane from mothballs and it needed extensive maintenance. This is our last thought of flying with this carrier
the temperature was ok no freezing ac and not hot at all.
The walking distance was long but transportation was available which was great
Flight was on time, cabin was clean, staff was pleasant
Cancelled my nice flight at 1130am and put me on an overnight flight at 1030pm. Had to take a whole extra day off work. Stop cancelling good flights dinguses!
Timeliness - All legs of flight were delayed Crew was less responsive to the needs of economy passengers Entertainment system not working on one of the flights Baggage lost / delayed on all legs
Fare for value was excellent. 30 minutes late on arrival, but tolerable as had no connections.
The seats on this plane were much more comfortable than those on the international flight and there was more room to wiggle. Otherwise, all was good.
I don’t have my bags, they change my flight and left my bags.
Video screen did not work. Coffee was cold. Loading process was good& we were only 10 minutes late.

Cons: "This flight was delayed by over an hour. The plane is tiny so overhead space barely fits a briefcase and the seats are smaller than normal. Since this is a smaller aircraft, unfortunately that is expected."

Cons: "There was a lady sitting on my assigned seat. She said flight attendance told her that is ok to do. I wouldn't mind if she or staff asked me with legitimate reasons. It happened at mt last trip; ending up sitting next to big person instead of sitting with my 12 year old daughter."

Pros: "All the flights were on time and the pilots terrific. They came on with information and advise. I especially liked the pilot on the travel from Hartford to Denver. he was humorous but very polite and congenial."

Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly."
Pros: "The person at the United customer service desk was able to book me on the next available flight to Reno (after missing my original flight mentioned above) quickly and efficiently. Boarding was fast."
Cons: "I was late to my original flight and the United personal that I talked to at the gate was very rude. I asked if the plane was still boarding and all she said was go to customer service. I know I gave her a questioning look because this did not answer my original question. She repeated her statement again this time pointing. I would have preferred that she tell me that the flight had finished boarding but customer service could help me get on another flight. I feel that would have been more professional. My new flight was also an hour late"
Cons: "Service was mediocre, plane was terribly outdated with minimal amenities for an overnight, long-haul flight. Would not fly United and now, will not fly flights operated by United for this kind of travel regardless of price."
