Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."

Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."

Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."

I am allergic to cats and when I boarded I discovered the passenger behind me had a cat and it was under my seat. I knew that if I spent the entire flight with the animal under me I would go into distress so I asked for a solution. The team ultimately moved me from my business class seat, which I paid for, to the back of the plane. To me, that was not a fair or equitable decision, at no point did they discuss moving the cat as an option which I find disappointing.

Cons: "There was no food or entertainment so the rating there doesn't mean anything. Flight was delayed 1 hour due to a mechanical issue. Part of the delay included AA trying to get the flight crew to show up at the gate. The flight was oversold so there was a long list of standbys which added to the crowd waiting at the gate."

The entertainment system is very slow. Scrolling through selections is slow.

Flight from Toronto to Calgary was >2 hours late departing and was overbooked

Flight was canceled/delayed multiple times, leaving us stranded at YYZ for four (4) days. Retrieving the luggage (after flight canceled) was a 5 hrs delay/struggle Two days rebooking did not include two days accommodation voucher (only one was provided). False information was provided for the second day and we did expend 1/2 day at the airport on the second day just sorting out accomodations+food! Next rebooking (due to yet another cancelation) ended up with our luggage left behind (at YYZ) one day later when the plane finally took us to PIT. I wonder how the reimbursement for the additional expenses (food+accomodations) will be... easy or just another nightmare :-(

No food at all !!!!! Not even pretzels on the flight between Vancouver and Ottawa. On the short hop between Portland and Vancouver, at least we got pretzels. All we got an a long haul flight was Gingerale and water

Entertainment was good. Was only offered a middle seat near rear of economy cabin.

I’ve always love Air Canada. Great services and friendly. Yesterday was unusual though due to IT problems that we were delayed, but the flight itself was nice

Pros: "We upgraded to business class so service was super attentive"

Cons: "Business class on AC was equal to premium economy on west jet but lwithout the amenities on west jet"

Pros: "The crew was reasonably friendly despite the circumstances"

Cons: "Flying anything but Delta from LGA means third world conditions, long lines at security, and since there was light rain, a 2-hour ground delay, nothing the airline could've done, this one is just on LGA as usual"

Cons: "Made the connection (no luggage) as signified in the SMS notice of a delayed departure but they had given preferred seat to stand by. No problem just another 90 minutes after a previous 3 hour delay out of Calgary. Not impressed!"

Cons: "Due to the checked baggage fee, everyone brings massive, heavy carry ons that clearly are oversized and then overhead bins get full fast. I don't understand why airlines don't check people's carry on luggage for size and weight."

Pros: "The attendant, she is the best of all 4 flights I took on my trip.! Never knew her name but the first class lady attendant was way too nice , and so pretty smile , lovely personality.!"
