Lines at gate boarding is messy. It spills into traffic which causes other travelers to snake around the boarding passengers. Need better traffic control.

Crew was rushed to get food out and left trash for a long time on our tables.
The flight was booked solid and there is no leg room for anyone over 6 feet tall, which is probably 25% of your customers. I have selected aisle seats and was given the middle twice. This is not something that can be changed, so I shouldnt bring it up, but that is my feedback.
Entertainment wasn’t working on the flight so no movies or wifi. I was at the lavatories and the crew were chatting at the back. I asked them for a glass of wine and they told me to go back to my seat and get my credit card and bring it back to them. I thought it would have been nicer for them to come to me but they didn’t want to get up from chatting with colleagues. Not great customer service.
Food is terrible....... need better snacks, too. Crew was lukewarm.
Very pleasant crew! Good entertainment options. Water wasn’t working in the bathrooms, but they were able to fix it. Just had to stand with sticky soap hands for 20min….
It was a fantastic flight, the refreshments were just great but there was no WiFi , it makes my rating for air canada drop
I think it was a very good, left in time and reached in time. Crew was good
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.
The Montreal to Barcelona flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We had to struggle for hours to find an alternative route through a very long route with 6 hours of transit time in Munich. It wasted almost one full day of our long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.
My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
It subpar at best. Connection flights didn’t have enough time in between. Causing us to miss a flight and getting stuck at the airport for hours. There is also not much consideration for international transit and customs when it comes to timing.
The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.
The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.
