Pros: "Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one."

Low cost flight so no movie screen. Minimal food- coffee and a biscuit. 3 hours long so no issue with this.

Plenty of leg room for my 6' 5" body. Haven't experienced that any recent flights with flair or air transit.

Have the cabin crew help with dealing with an unruly disruptive child.

I really disliked the boarding procedure, especially the person at the counter before boarding who handled getting us in. She specifically asked me to check in my carry on luggage and gave me no other options. I asked her if I was able to even try to fit it in the overhead compartment but I wasn’t given a choice. There was space when I got inside the plane to fit my luggage. But I felt pressured and did not feel valued as a aeroplan member customer as she had demanded this to be done as I was boarding. Very disappointed and frustrated as the flight had already been delayed for an hour.

Overall the flight was fine and comfort was good. Poor handling damaged expensive checked luggage and there has been poor follow through since the baggage damage claim was filed over a week ago at this time.

flight cancelled for winter storm warning. I was unable to switch flights to a different city because I was on hold for 2.5 hours! I was able to fight for a refund. Nothing about dealing with Air Canada and Kayak was easy. The number that AC needed was at the bottom of the receipt not the booking reference number! I will avoid this combination in the future

Was comfortable and crew was courteous. Having games to play and stuff to watch during flight helped pass the time.

Went round and round for 5 hours with Air Canada until they finally put us on 3 separate flights getting to our deatination almost 48 hours late.Horrible"
