Cons: "Our flight was cancelled about 20 minutes after the departure time for an overnight flight. We spent 2 hours in line waiting to talk to an Aeromexico representative, by which time any chance of getting on another flight was gone because it was too late in the evening to get another flight. The BEST option they could get for us was for us to drive 3 hours to another airport at 1am to catch a 6am flight and 2 additional flights after that with another airline. We were told that when we arrived at the Austin airport, that a representative could refund us the money for the car rental before our flight. However, there was nobody at the Aeromexico counter at the airport. We called the "Customer Service" number and the lady could not help us at all in ANY way except for offering to sell us another ticket.... needless to say, worst customer service experience. When we arrived, our bags (which were carry-ons that were taken from us at the gate) didn't make it with us on the flight, so we had to wait another 2 hours at the airport for our bags. Needless to say, worst travel experience ever."

Prior to this an announcement said they were refueling and we should not fasten our seat belts in that process. Cons: "I'm stuck in this huge airport because the connection time between Mexico City and my next flight to Leon was vastly underestimated. In Vancouver I was assured that one and a half hours would be sufficient but when I saw the line through immigration I realized what a joke that was. That process alone took well over two hours, followed by another hour to pick up my bag, find the correct spot to drop it off again and then re-enter the boarding area. Meanwhile, the shuttle I arranged to pick me up in Leon have one and gone. So, here I sit, exhausted, frustrated and weary, waiting for the next flight, and not knowing how I will get to my destination in the dark hours of the night. I could do with back rub and a shoulder to cry on."

This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

On the flight from Mex City to LAX the bathroom facilities were so limited that some Economy class passengers had to try to use the business class or first class facilities' An FA then came on the intercom and said Economy class must only use their own facilities and this is according to an FAA regulation. THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself."

Once we boarded after like - 10 delays and a gate change, there were NUMEROUS whole-flight mixups with luggage - so many similar flight numbers traveling to same destination and whole flights awaiting their luggage. Our party of four had our luggage spread through THREE different planes. WTH? No customer service at DTW once we arrived and there were so many livid people. Absolutely awful. We were supposed to arrive at 5PM and it's now 3:11AM. My son just completed filing a luggage claim loss. And we are off to drive home to Grand Rapids two hours away. Nightmare."

Pros: "Spacious seating. Attentive Stewardesses. Bathroom located close to seating area but was separated by the galley. That was a plus - no odor, no long lines by your seat."
Cons: "Use of ipads for entertainment rather than installed screens"

Cons: "1, no food 2, pay for the luggage 3, very small leg room 4, too low temperature in the cabin and no blanket"

Cons: "I flew from Vancouver to Osaka. There was no free entertainment, food was of the embarrassing quality, and the crew was not smiling at all. The cheap price was the only big benefit to claim. It was much worse than expected."

Pros: "Crew were excellent, flight itself was comfortable once finally underway"
Cons: "My flight was delayed, never given an explanation. My bag did not arrive with my flight from Victoria to Toronto. I was never told why this happened, and I was refused entry through customs and forced to miss my connecting flight."

Cons: "they should give a warning about downloading an entertainment app before an almost 5 hour flight. made no sense that our 1 and half hour flight had built in entertainment and the longer flight required an app"

Cons: "Dirty, old smelly plane. Compartments for suitcases were ridiculously small. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Used Air Canada for my trip to Toronto as well, flight was delayed 2 hours and I wasn't notified even though I signed up for the notifications."

Cons: "In seat entertainment screen didnt work. Had to wait for nearly two hours to de-ice the plane even though they were expecting freezing rain, they didnt seem prepared."

Cons: "I was travelling with a 13 yr old and expected to be seated together when I booked. I didn't know I needed to pluck my seats if I didn't want to pay extra. The woman at boarding moved our seats, however, closer at boarding, which I thought was pretty considerate."

Forced me to pay out of pocket for food, taxis, transfers and my own hotel choice. Staff were so rude. No explanation to why they removed my bags. I made it in plenty of time for my connecting flight but airline had just decided. No staff member was interested in answering my questions or helping. They all just wanted to sod off home. they just didn't care."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over 4 hours due to Air Canada needing a mechanic to check and sign off on the tire tread on one of the wheels, the ground staff enforced the carry-on bag size arbitrarily and inconsistently, and the entertainment system froze up and reset itself at least 3 times on the flight. Apart from the captain, the rest of the Air Canada staff exhibited the usual bureaucratic and defensive behavior I have unfortunately seen multiple times before. They're expensive (with a nasty computer algorithm that raises the price by over $100 each time you browse flights. The first time I checked, it was $300+; by the 3rd time it was over $600. When I used a VPN, the price magically went down to $300 plus, which was still a lot) and the experience is generally unpleasant. I have to brace myself for their lack of common sense behavior every time I deal with them. If I didn't have to fly with them, I wouldn't."

Cons: "The system at the Toronto Pearson airport is loco--crazy design, have to move from one line to the other, no idea where to go. The system is so disorganized that you have to keep asking employees what to do and it seems to change as you go from one line to the other. It's not hard to design good lineups. Have good sineage in many places and have one line for one purpose, not many lines in different places for the same purpose that change with the whims of the staff. I'll be attempting to fly with other airlines next time as this airport system is just too much."

Cons: "Food quality was extremely poor. Cup noodle for lunch and rice porridge for breakfast is not what we paid for!!! In addition, Japanese crew cannot announce in proper Japanese She must have forgotten polite Japanese expressions ... Sad."

Cons: "They sell special headphones so you cannot watch moviescwith out paying. And food is for sale as well, even on a 5 hour much delayed, international flight."

Cons: "Moving through security and customs in the Toronto airport was incredibly slow, with 4 or 5 checkpoints, all with lines. Staff were polite but there were not enough of them. We almost missed our connecting flight, and our bags apparently did miss it, because they have not yet arrived in Chicago (see previous comments). Air Canada should have seen the problem in terms of timing with the connecting flight and expedited better. Will try to avoid Air Canada in the future, especially if there are connections in Toronto."

Pros: "Smooth boarding, friendly crew, pillow and blanket both serviceable. Food was a little better than I expected for economy."
Cons: "Baggage handling ripped handle clean off new suitcase, both ends. Delays in departures from Dublin led to us using stairs off of plane on tarmac. Entertainment mostly dependent on app you can't download on plane if you're using wi-fi."

Pros: "Great service (Business Class)"
Cons: "Delayed 1.5 hours due to fueling issue in YYJ (not Air Canada's fault) Breakfast (business class) never varies and is getting somewhat boring"

Pros: "The aircraft was clean, flight on time, service and staff were very professional and courteous."
Cons: "Boarding should be from the rear of the aircraft to reduce congestion in the aisles. Need more vegetarian food options."
