It would have been nice to get a heads up on the security measures in Canada. I have global entry and haven’t used a clear plastic bag in years, but got stopped because of it. I know it’s not Alaska Airlines responsibility but it would have been nice to have a link in one of our emails.

It would have been nice to get a heads up on the security measures in Canada. I have global entry and haven’t used a clear plastic bag in years, but got stopped because of it. I know it’s not Alaska Airlines responsibility but it would have been nice to have a link in one of our emails.

No notice of gate change at the original gate. When my mobile boarding pass didn't scan, staff looked up the wrong name in trying to place me.

Crew was helpful and respectful. Pilot could have landed a little smoother. Overall delightful experience.

Love flying out of Paine field! Easy check-in, great lunch, small crowd. Don’t let this go away!

The Alaska airlines flight attendants were great. Boarding went smoothly. The cabin was comfortable intitially, and seemed stuffy later. I tried to open the vents but they were not very powerful to cool our seating down. Ride was smooth. They left the gate early and arrived early. The pubic address used by attendants was scratchy. No, it wasn’t their voices it was their system.

I don't understand why passengers are frequently told that they must check their carry-on luggage due to the full flight and we board and find there are multiple empty overhead cabins with space for our carry-on. Crew should be more accurate in their assessment of the space (they have radios and I assumed they were in communication with a crew member on the plan who could tell them that the spaces were full or that there were remaining spaces). We were told in no uncertain terms that any remaining passengers yet to board had to check their carry on because no space remained on the plane, but there were multiple spaces available (including some that were completely empty) when we boarded. As someone who travels with things I must have with me, I do not appreciate this misinformation which causes me delay because I have to wait at baggage claim to get my small carry-on.

The flight kept getting delayed for 6 hours until it was finally cancelled

The seats were comfortable, the overhead bins were ample, the staff was helpful, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed free texting. However, I much prefer Southwest no reserved seats (take any unoccupied seat) and their policy of two checked bags free, and ability to freely change flights. The Alaska airplane was nicer and newer than the Southwest one. Overall, my Alaska Airlines flying experience was a very positive one.

The flight was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to LHR.

The boarding took an extremely long time, we were taxiing for over an hour, there was no WiFi on the flight, there were many sick people coughing and sneezing without masks and when we got to the gate it took an extra 30 minutes for the crew to open the door because the crew was at the wrong gate.

Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta

The flight was oversold and they kept on announcing they were looking for a volunteer to give away their seat, but the announcement has to be louder and clear @ gate 88 and also must precise. Additionally, the departure time kept on changing. But overall it was fine since it was a short flight.

Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.

Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!

My seat was moved closer to the front of the cabin since I had requested wheelchair assistance to the gate.

Delta One seat was uncomfortable. Cushion is too thin. Too much noise from crew in kitchen. Bathroom too small. No bluetooth for tv screen.

Rough day of travel all the way around. Wrong info given to us multiple times and mistakes in their booking making our trip 10 hours longer than planned. I’m bummed because I fly Delta all the time and love them. Mistakes happen. Just bummed that this was a rare trip our whole family was traveling together.

More extra space was awesome. Even though I was on the first groups to board, bin compartments were already occupied by passengers seated on other seat numbers. That is unacceptable.

My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.

All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

My flight was delayed by a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.

The check-in and passport submission was complicated and repetitive, due to the poor communication between Air Canada and United. There should have been a single set of instructions and a single questionnaire that provided the data for both airlines.

-The cabin was ice cold - When we arrived in Houston there was no gate available -We had to wait 90 minutes for our luggage to arrive.. In the future I will avoid flying with Air Canada at at costs

How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?

Marked by flight delays on all segments of the trip. Food in first class cabin was mediocre and overhead cabin storage was not adequate. Overall, the premium charge for first class cabin was poor and over hyped. This will be our last flight with UA.

We enjoyed that we boarded and took off on time. We didn’t like that our connection flight was a twenty minute walk through the airport with only one hour in between flights.

It was good! Appreciated that it was very on schedule so it made the connecting flight less stressful

Two flights, both poor. No entertainment. Cramped and uncomfortable seats, little space, the rest was OK. Staff were acceptable good.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Terrible. Flight in the morning was circling in air for 45 min due to weather then rerouted to a location further than the final destination to refuel. Sat on tarmac for almost 2 hrs to refuel. Flight was originally to land at 9:30am, we arrived at 2pm and then waited another 30 “for an agent”. Then afternoon return flight was delayed again 3 times for weather then cancelled. Auto rebooked was for the next evening! Just miserable.

It was fine. Give us free headphones or allow Bluetooth or something, or an app to watch on your phone. Grow up

I have never been on an older or dirtier plane.

Unfortunately my flight experience was poor as my flight was delayed with multiple gate changes. I did not reach my destination until almost midnight. I'm hesitant to fly Air Canada in the future.

Late, almost 3 hours late. I have whiplash from how many times our ETA was changed.

My luggage was lost and didn't arrive on my flight

On the final leg of my flight the male attendant was very difficult to understand while making announcements in both English and French. It’s good I already know the safety procedures as I couldn’t understand him at all. My seat mate agreed. When the women attendants spoke they were clear and spoke at a good rate making them very easy to understand. This is a safety issue.

The nicest thing I can say about Air Canada is that they are consistent. Consistent delays plagued our trip. We never had one leg of the journey as scheduled.

Assistance with wheelchair was very good. leg room was comfortable

It would’ve been very helpful to have people directing traffic when we got off the plane at the Toronto airport however, the person who appeared to be having that responsibility was sitting on a chair playing on a cell phone instead of doing their job
