This flight home was excellent. Watched a movie on my private screen so time went quickly. Nice smooth ride!
Pros: "The crew was good."
Cons: "Seats where uncomfortable. They didn't have the adjustable padded headrest even though we did coming to Winnipeg. You can no longer change your seat selection 24 hrs before you're flight without a fee. There was also no entertainment coming from Winnipeg even though there was entertainment going to Winnipeg."
Pros: "I like that my original flight was rescheduled but I needed to arrive in Vancouver for my connection so I'm happy they moved me to an earlier flight. Very accommodating!-"

Cons: "Can't rate this because I missed my connecting flight from LAX to SJC due to a Westjet mechanical issue."
Cons: "After landing, we were waiting on the tarmac for sometime and I needed to use the restroom I was an allowed to do so. It would’ve taken me a short short time. I went to The rear of the plane to use the restroom and was told to get in my seat."
Cons: "We lost an entire day of our vacation to managing flight changes that were poorly communicated to us. We received a number of mixed messages and our entire group spent hours on hold, on the phone, in line for literally hours at check in, and several mistakes were made with our party’s information."
Cons: "For customers without hand held devices, there are no options for in-flight entertainment."

Cons: "Flight was a half hour late. Pilot could have communicated with passengers. Gate 35X at National Airport is a terrible situation. We go down stairs to deplane, then wait for a bus to take us to the terminal. Not acceptable."
Cons: "When my husband retrieved his piece of luggage, it smelled terribly lie dog poop. We had to drive home with the windows all the way down because the stench was so bad and throw away the suitcase I had just bought because of the terrible smell. Just awful to come home to that!"
Cons: "baggage was not transported from BA flight to London to the BA flight to Glasgow"

Pros: "Crew very friendly couldn't be more helpful. Food snacks and drinks good. Very efficient boarding system the best I've encountered."
Cons: "Roof mounted tvs a bit disappointing and the films were just repeated. Coffee needs coffee in the cup, it was just milk and water no taste of coffee."

Cons: "The flight was late due to maintenance and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Chicago. American Airlines customer assistance at the airport was absolutely terrible. They were rude and inconsiderate as they kept suggesting to fly standby. We shouldn't have to fly standby when it wasn't our fault why were late. They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again."
Pros: "Due to weather my flight was cancelled. Before I even realized it I had been rebooked on a direct flight. No glitches, no headaches. Perfect!"
