Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Everything. They were aware of a delay and boarded us well before time and kept us copied in till take of time. Claustrophobic atmosphere
I found that no matter how new the plane may be if they don’t make economy seats with more leg room it’s poor, cheap and awful. Passengers are treated like cattle.
The problem with this flight was, over 100 teenage boys and girls who were extremely loud and disrespectful. They blocked the walkways and exits and ignored the flight crews requests. They littered the plane’s walkways with flight meal boxes and rubbish and generally were the most disrespectful and disruptive group I have ever witnessed. Their chaperones were young and did not have control of the situation. The Air Canada flight crew was extremely patient however they needed to gain control of the situation as it related to safety. My wife and I felt unsafe and the airline crew or air marshal should have taken control of the situation.
They canceled our last minute boarding deal tight connecting time saying our check-in bags wouldn't make it! We told them we don't have any check-in luggage but still off-loaded us and tell us to rebook later flight which was 5 hours later! AC staff were rude and not being helpful!
AC Cancelled our flight when we were waiting to board due to pilot staffing. They would have known this well in advance. Very frustrating. Rescheduled for the following day.
I wish it can be twice to collect the garbage . I could not finish my water first round. Then I just have to leave my empty cup around my seat

Cons: "No free snacks just drinks! Its a four hr flight. We left late due to slow boarding and they were slow to load baggage. The legroom is just too small for a flight over 2 hrs"

Cons: "It would be very helpful if the person at the counter would remind International travelers to make sure that they get their VAT receipts stamped at the border/passport agent."
Pros: "This was years ago, and yet I still remember how comfortable I was. The waiting facilities were nice and the airplane service very client friendly. Air Canada was definitely the best flying experience I have ever had."
Cons: "Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured."
Pros: "Flights were delayed due to hydraulics issues, they got it fixed, turned it around quickly in Denver, made up time in the air, and got us in 20m early."
Cons: "Not sure why they add basic economy passengers to middle seats between others when there are open rows in the back. Would seem like they could set up the system to assign people to seats in the aisle/window first and then start putting them in the middle. We all moved before takeoff, but it would make things quicker and easier if they assigned seats in a more logical way."
Pros: "The announcements for our flight was not good. When I asked the counter associate "if our flight was on time" she said yes. What she should have said was "yes we're boarding now". We almost missed out flight! Also once we were settled and was able to order our drinks, it took them so long to teturn"
Cons: "As soon as we got our drinks. We started descending which meant we has to drink fast. It was not enjoyable!"
Pros: "Because we took a bus to the plane boarding was fast - no boarding groups just whomever got off the bus first (me) got on first (me). I love the small planes with one seat on the left and 2 seats on the right. It's great when you don't know if you want aisle or window, you can get both in one."
Cons: "Newark Airport is the worst, and that is not United's fault. However, I'm new to the experience of 'boarding' onto a bus that then takes us to load onto the plane from the Tarmac. Small plane - no frills like wifi, magazines but still a 2+ hour flight."
Cons: "Baggage took a long time to come out. Meanwhile they had the buzzer going non-stop to announce the bags for the entire time from when we got there until they started the belt. It’s around -10 degrees outside so the guys getting our bags are saints and the delay is to be expected, but the buzzer..."

I appreciated that--so many workers make a bad situation worse by being rude to their customers. I truly felt that United workers were happy to help."
