I have never been on a more uncomfortable, cramped airplane in my life.

As I was purchasing my tickets, I indicated 3 checked-in luggage, one per ticket, but, as time showed, I had to pay for each suitcase on my way to the final point of destination and then back. If I am not mistaken, 5 or 7 times my original schedule was changed. Also, the final few changes introduced an overnight stay, which I was not planning to do. And I couldn't do anything as I already purchased and arranged my dive trip. Overall, after years of flying by many other companies, Air Canada, as of today, is the worthiest I've ever flown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is relying on a promised schedule and timely arrival/departure. Two plains were broken and had to be replaced/ and the other one had to be fixed while we were on the plane

Would have appreciated assistance with tight connecting flight. Luftansa booking agents in Munich were really helpful!

Delayed because of some passengers being held up or late coming to security. Not fair to all of us who arrived over 2 hours early

Air canada is obviously going through lots of changes but they're doing their best and made sure my luggage wasnt lost and double checked everything else. They did have delays but its understandable given the current influx of travelers and double checking customs and so forth.

Cons: "Waited on aircraft for over one hour after boarding Flight attendants did not provide any updates or compensation for passengers sitting and waiting See tweets from other passengers on aircanada who experienced the same confusion, lack of updates, inattentive staff, pilot made very few updates and did not instruct flight attendants to do anything to make situation easier Delayed over an hour after we were told flight would be departing Offered pretzels Bathrooms were not cleaned after previous flight (garbages over flowing, stench, water everywhere) No air conditioning in flight Did not turn on wifi for the flight Will be filing a formal complaint and requesting a refund."

Cons: "Flying anything but Delta from LGA means third world conditions, long lines at security, and since there was light rain, a 2-hour ground delay, nothing the airline could've done, this one is just on LGA as usual"
Pros: "Our plus seats were very comfortable. The service & demenour of the crew was mediocre. The evening meal was quite good although We were never offered a second glass of wine with our dinner."
Cons: "The breakfast was terrible. The pastry was soggy & was served with a bottle of Yop. That was it. No coffee or anything else."
Cons: "When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too."
Cons: "The queues at immigration in San Francisco were disgracefully long. it took us 3 hrs to get to our luggage. Advice to US govt to employ more immigration officers. Airlines should report on this"

Pros: "Flight boarded quickly with enough room for my luggage in overhead bin. Seat by the window had enough leg room with a bag underneath the seat. Flight landed safely."

Cons: "The only food or entertainment offered besides a cookie or advertisement for the airline magazine had to be purchased despite the fact that it was an international plan more than 4 hours long."

Cons: "United switched the aircraft shortly before takeoff and reassigned me to an uncomfortable aisle seat in the last row of the middle section of the plane. The seats were dingy, the back-of-seat TV monitors were grainy and of poor quality, the headphone jack for audio was old and not fully functioning."
Cons: "The fact that they give all first class passengers dibs on the hot food and that leaves NOTHING for the folks in economy plus. The FA said that they only had a limited amount anyway. I was willing to purchase that buy high food cuz I was hungry instead I filled up on water and ginger ale and went to sleep on the 4 1/2 hour flight."
Pros: "Left on time, friendly crew, comfy flight."
Cons: "For reasons I still don’t understand my baggage didn’t travel with me and I was not able to get it until several days later"
Pros: "excellent service. needed assistance since Dad could not walk too well. airport got him a chair and he made his flight with no problem"
