Pros: "Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers."
Cons: "agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew."

Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."

Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
Delayed because of late incoming , but once loaded, was a great flight.

Cons: "Luggage left behind due to a troubled fire alarm system in the baggage dept of the plane This maintenance issue delayed us 4 hours The ground crew had to push one of their loading tractors out from under the plane after unloading the luggage. Perhaps the PEI airport crew are lacking in maintenance procedures. It's always a little things that get you into trouble and cost lives."

Cons: "No entertainment on board. You had to have already down loaded West Jets app. Didn't know that. Last time I flew WJ there was intertanment. I asked before I left Canada if there was in flight duty free. From LAX to YVR. I was told yes. So didn't purchase any. Only to find out, a big fat no. Haven't for quit awhile.Super. Landed at YVR, went to WJ to find out about luggage. Told me I have to get a hold of Qantas. They had nothing to do with it. Went to Qantas was sent to a place that was closed. Two days later got a call from WJ asking why I didn't pick up my luggage. I told him the story. He kept saying why didn't I go to them. Because I was told it was Qantases fault. Got luggage 2 days later, damaged. I'm thinking maybe the case fell off the conveyor belt while loading in Melbourne ."

Like how chech is so smooth. Everything on line, boarding pass, notification etc. Was good.
Ground staff were aggressive in insistence that I must my gate check my carry-on bag which easily fit in their sizer. Others were not being forced to. I was called to the desk pre-flight to inspect my bag. Because I had a cheap ticket? Not sure. They let me off when they learned I had a cpap machine in it. In the end there was plenty of overhead space.
Flight was fine but took off late by an hour with no explanation of why. Then when I arrived in Toronto rather than helping me get to my connecting flight they bumped me and several Others off the plane even though we made it to the gate before the plane left. They offered a hotel voucher overnight which was nice but they should have just held the flight for us - since there were multiple people connecting to it.
More delays and almost got diverted to another city. Didn't get set up for text notifications.
Maple Leaf Lounge morning food could be more carried and substantial. All AC portion well managed, clean and on schedule

Cons: "In Montreal they took my carry on bag stating it was too big, I have traveled with it many many times and it always fits except the tiny planes, this was a 787. When I got on the plane many people had larger bags then mine and it was the last bag on the carousel at the other end."

Cons: "The seats were not confortable and old and no entertainment at all ! The food was horrible and the customer service from air Canada at Montreal airport was rude and unprofessional 3 hours delay without even an apology or an explanation! I went to see a person from a air canada at a desk at the boarding gates and he wouldn't even have the courtesy to give me 1 minute of his time to explain why the plane is late his awnser was wait for the announcement and you will see his attitude was very apathetic. Overall I was very disappointed"

Pros: "Our flight was cancelled due to wind. 35kts, didn't seem like a lot. They also said that Vancouver airport was experiencing bad weather too, but it seems like it was ONLY Air Canada flights that got cancelled that day. The next flight they wanted to put us on was 2 days later. We missed our connecting flight which cost us $3300 to change dates on."

Pros: "Being on time at departure and arrival is a challenge, but despite having a completely filled cabin, they made it look easy."
Cons: "I boarded in Group 4 and all bins were full. So my carry on case had to be checked (several others’ cases as well). This caused me a 30 minute delay at baggage claim and some minor scuffs on an item that wasn’t designed for checking in. These are 2 reasons why I no longer check in. 3 is lost items."

Cons: "laberithine process to get my boarding pass. Booked on Kayak with last minute on a Luthanasa flight operated by United. Basically had to call all three in order to get my boarding passes as the website didn’t work. Really confusing."
Cons: "When boarding, the agent said we had to check our rollaboards because they were our of overhead bin space. Hen we entered the plane, we saw that the entire back half of the plane had empty bins, but by that time it was too last to retrieve our bags."
