We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.

Last minute change of gate happened and I did not get any notifications , rest was good !

Didn’t like anything and everything could have been better

Climbing stairs was a tedious and tiering transition between flights

The headrest was adjustable. There was meals and drinks at appropriate times and they tasted great. Blanket and pillow were provided.

Cons: "The boarding process ar newark is terrible, and the lady that was at the boarding gate was extremely unpolite with no service attitude at all - i have never seen before such a behavior"
