Pros:The boarding was good ,the aircraft welcome was a little okay. All my flight information was on time and excellent through the web site.
Cons:They didn't have any meal for vegetarian person.
Pros:Flight was delayed

Cons:My chair cushion seemed damaged because I could feel the bar underneath.
Pros:No turbulence, on time, empty middle seat, two good free movies, good free lunch - after fifty years, the perfect flight!!

Pros:Wick and efficient service. On time. Comfortable and clean aircraft. Crew was flexible to guests needs.
Pros:You manage a very short layover between flights via Panama City and the flights were on time both of the ways that I had flown. This is a great thing, thank you.

Cons:We were told three different things from three different people regarding vegetarian entree options, none of which actually worked so some consistency would have been appreciated.
Pros:I was traveling with my 2 kids. 10 and 7 years old. On the flight from Lima to Panama, we were assigned different seats but thankfully the airline was able to accommodate us and sit us together.
Cons:The food was ok, but not great.
