Cons: "Was supposed to be a A380 but they changed the flight to 777. I only flew with Emirates to be in the more spacious A380 otherwise I’d have chosen another carrier at better price. I also paid to choose seat which naturally didn’t apply any longer and was put at very back of plane so that money was wasted. They could have at least advised but the attitude was blaze and not willing to even speak to me."

Cons: "My seat is horrible with something looks like vomit everywhere between a gap of the seat in front of me. Also the touch screen is not working, at first I pushed so hard until i hurt my finger tip, at the end I used buttons on an remote to control the screen(stupid me!!). The screen reset to an old version couple of times during the flight the crew had to reset for me( the airline should know what i'm talking about) It's a six-hour flight but the meal was literally served at 8.55pm(original time) in my section which is the last section to get food when the flight took of at 6.10pm(original time) - almost three hours into the flight. Can't believe they claimed to be number one airline in the world. If you fly to the States from thailand. Take Quatar if you want to go to the east coast or asian airlines any thing japanese or korean or even chinese airline like Hainan airline. They are all way better than this."

Pros: "The flight certainly lived up to its reputation as being one of the nicest airlines to fly, even in being in economy. Great service, great food, great on board entertainment."
Cons: "There was an incident prior to take off where a passenger in first class had to be removed from the plane. Though it’s certainly not the airlines fault that there was an issue with a passenger, they should’ve been a lot more transparent and gave us a lot more information on what exactly was going on other then “we need to go back to a special area to get this passenger off.” Couple that with the security checks to “make sure there is nothing on the plane that shouldn’t be” and very little explanation of what actually occurred, it made for a very stressful flight. Not knowing if this passenger had made any kind of threat against the plane, or safety of other passengers... etc, it was very hard to feel safe for the remainder of my trip being left in the dark as the incident occurred in first class."

For example they didnt provide earplug and sleeping beauty and they served the breakfast too early, so it was not enough time to sleep. After the breakfast there was still plenty of time around 1,5-2 hours. I think with the departure time at 03.00 a.m. the airline try to save one foood just after the departure. The asian noodle what they provided upon request, was not sufficiant neither fit to the rank of the airline."

Cons: "1.45 hours connection time in Dubai was hardly sufficient. Had to run through main terminal. Despite being in business class, no special service to bring us to the gate. Not good enough frankly."

Cons: "The quality of food overall on Emirates has gone down. The food doesn't taste as fresh as it used to and it is a bit dry. I used to enjoy the little dried bread bits with the sweet and sour sauce- that has since been discontinued. We were also promised a festive meal on our flight from JNB to Hong Kong on Christmas day but got a regular meal- very disappointing"

Cons: "I tried to request a bassinet seat because I was traveling with my wife n son. I call reservation and they told me to do it at the airport no problem. I found this strange but said ok I got the the airport 4 hrs early. When asked for the bassinet seat they said it was already full. Which I accepted until I got on the flight and found not a single child was on board all bassinets seats were filled with adults traveling with no children. Mind you this was the Airbus 380 which has a lot of bassinet a seat and my wife n myself couldn't get on even after showing up 4 hrs early. Very disappointing. And normally airlines allow family to board ahead but this also was not offered to us. Emirates is lacking when it comes to traveling with kids."

Took into consideration who was travelling together and left a positive impression! Plane boarded early and was loaded and ready to roll AHEAD of scheduled take off time."

For Air Canada to cancel flights 2 times in a row without any further communications with any of us... To tell us when we'd be rebooked, how, etc. is horrible. I work in the transportation industry which is American based and we can handle this much better than Air Canada. Awful... Wendell/Gate Agent said he couldn't rebook my flight until the 31st, but when I got home I called air Canada and she was able to rebook me on the 30th with no issues. Nonsense. Wendell didn't care, he was tired, yawned in our faces like it was acceptable. Awful service. I'm flying with Air Canada on my way from India in the next couple of weeks I hope I get better service. Otherwise, completion will be my only option."

Cons: "From Toronto to London the price they charge is about the same as I pay from Toronto to Dubai using emirate or ettihad which is twice the distance. Toronto to London is a busy route so why charge such a high fare? Food. Be prepared for food that comes straight out of a cafeteria's frozen items. Entertainment. Slightly better than Turkish airline's which isn't an achievement by any means. Old aircrafts which don't have air vents. They really don't offer anything to you except charge you a lot for the busiest routes in the world. Try other airlines."

Pros: "I really like how friendly the flight staff was. The women and men were always smiling and courteous! They loaded the plane quickly and easily all while being helpful and smiling. On my flight from Moncton to Montreal I needed several vomit bags just in case some of my cousins wedding drinks wanted to come up. The stewardess quickly grabbed several for me and was very kind. Luckily nothing came up and I felt great at the end of the flight!"
