Cons: Reservation 11 months ago and fully paid for room. They cancelled two days before saying they were overbooked But still had rooms for sale at much higher price Don't trust this hotel. Second time they cancelled but won't happen again

Cons: I'd rather see a coffe maker in the room than the espresso machine

Cons: I asked for a quite room on the inside. I was assigned a very loud room which did not have dual pane windows and was woken at about 5am to what sounded like loud trash trucks. My sheets were not changed from a previous guests' stay. I found long strands of hairs under the covers as well as short pubic hair through out the bed sheets. Since it was already 4 am, I was too tired to deal with it, so I slept on top of the covers with a thin blanket from the closet. I was pretty disgusted. I was in a rush the next morning to get to Moscone Center, but did inform the front desk. They sent housekeeping to change the sheets and left me a note w/ water and a chocolate bar. I also realized that I was missing a bathroom vanity rug on my first night. The hotel room is very small with hardwood floors through out and an old rug around the bed. On the last day of my 2 night stay I had a pretty bad incident in the bathroom with a shattered glass pendant light shade. The bathroom ceiling drops down and I could touch the ceiling by simply raising my arms (I'm 6ft tall). The designer decide to hang a ceiling pendant light despite the low ceiling with a glass shade. While drying myself after a shower, when I raised my arms, my hands hit the glass shade leaving me showered with shattered glass! This is quite dangerous and I'm lucky I didn't get cut badly, only a nick on my right knuckle. I don't think management handled the situation very well. I generally just found issues with the cleanliness of the hotel; dust around the night stands and the closest, unchanged sheets, noisy rooms. I would not recommend this hotel unless they get their act together.

Cons: - Couch bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but when has there ever been a comfortable couch bed... I was fine trading that for the larger room. I was told that the king bed was great!

Cons: Though the bed was very comfortable, it was a bit squeaky. Also, being on Market street means that there is a bit of noise but it's not excessive.

Cons: ...but that translates to a little over $300 a night, which isn't really worth it. Avoid it during the conventions in town.

Cons: The woman working in the evening checking in guests needs more training. Either that or maybe she was having a bad night.

Cons: Mixed message on parking After speaking with associates on two separate occasions. Then the confusion in the garage, mind you I thought I lost my ticket to return however I unpacked it when I arrived back home this evening. There was a problem between the hand written sign in log from the valet and the printed report from the front desk and the hotel's portion of valet claim check system also did not work. I retrieved my vehicle because I brought the only two matching keys and I have matching handmade key chains attached. Breakfast table with two nice chairs rather than a rolling office chair. That was weird. But it was also SF PRIDE weekend so who cares!

Cons: There was a bit of mildew odor in the bathroom. If not for that I would have given an excellent rating, instead of good, for my stay.

Cons: The location for us was a bit too close to some seedy areas of town. No problem, but you need to be careful which way you walk.

Cons: The thermostat in our room was broken and it was way too hot. We tried re-setting it several times but it kept blowing hot air even though it was 75F. It was very difficult to sleep and sweated through the night. The shower pressure was very low. Having both shower head choices was nice, but it was difficult to feel clean because the water pressure was very low and so it took much longer to soap off. For a business hotel, you had to pay for internet. We used a hotspot instead. It felt a bit confused whether it was a luxury hotel or a business hotel, and for the price point I would stay somewhere else that has better value for money. Not having a good night sleep really affected my work day

Cons: I didnt like the fact that when u drive in to check in they dont tell u that the charge for parking is 65$ . Also that the water thats in the room thats bottled i didnt know they would charge me 8:50$ for it. Ridiculous! I seen when i checkd out!

Cons: There was a "bouncer" type employee at night who gave me and the girls staying at the hotel a hard time. He required every girl to have a key in their hand to get in, even though we just had one person per room have a key because we didn't think it was necessary. He was extremely rude and borderline harassing.

Cons: Valet parking fee is crazy high!

Cons: Everything was overpriced, maybe I’m not a 4.5 star hotel guy. Parking was $70/night incl tax (after 1st night I parked outside), water in room was $8. I needed some antacid at night, 2 tabs of pepto=$2. I guess I was expecting more, or it’s really for people who will use the bar and drink more. Water pressure in shower was too low.

Cons: The room stunk! For $600 get some air freshener.

Cons: I could hear noise from other rooms through the vents late at night. Food was just okay. And $62 for Self Parking is ludicrous for a half-empty garage - even in San Francisco. It was almost half the price of the room. No good.

Cons: Every time I’m here, hotel is always busy, so rooms usually aren’t available until 3:00. They do have an ambassador program for extra perks, but it’s only good for intercontinental hotels and not the chain of hotels it’s associated with. Water pressure in shower is low, but it’s a roomy shower.

Cons: Parking situation was not good. The hotel has first come first serve self parking because of COVID but charge valet prices still. The parking lot was full so I had to find use a public parking lot.

Cons: Honestly I cant think of a single thing... The hotel is working hard to protect their guests and are constantly cleaning/sanitizing... Very grateful!

Cons: If you plan to stay here long just know that no room cleaning is done until you check out. My stay was for 6 nights and I was only informed that my room would be cleaned on the 5th day when I was checking in. I know this is due to covid and them being careful but which person what to stay in a room that’s not being cleaned?! On the 3rd day I asked for my room to be cleaned and since they have a time that cleaning is done - it was done on the 4th day.

Cons: We were next to a family that had several rooms. Doors were slamming all night. Loud noise,kids crying. We had to finally call down to front desk but it continued all night. Uncomfortable

Cons: Check out was at 12:00pm as normal but was woken up by maid knocking on door at 9:15am. Charged my credit card $100.00 more than what was on invoice when I checked out. To be refunded within 5days or so supposedly....... It would have been nice to know beforehand.

Cons: There was no hair dryer, the room was dirty, there was a sock under the bed, a mask on the chair, and leftover food in the mini fridge.

Cons: Someone kept requesting housekeeping to my room at odd hours of the night and I was charged parking when I didn't drive or have guests. I requested a late check out yet housekeeping kept checking to see if I had left every 2 hours.

Cons: Parking was a bit expensive but there are no decent hotels with free parking.

Cons: Some of the staff members at the front desk weren't the nicest.

Cons: The bed was small and uncomfortable, on a wooden crate of all things. We asked for pillows three times after waiting patiently between each request and housekeeping never brought them. The front desk was apathetic. Parking ends up being almost $40 in addition to the already way overpriced hotel room.

Cons: Bed was terribly uncomfortable. One of the worst I've ever slept on, and I'm pretty easy to please. The hotel was billed as eco-friendly which must be code for cheap, sterile, minimalist decor. A no frills room and I spent a LOT of money to stay here. I recommend staying at the Americania across the street. Same company, but an entirely different hotel experience.

Cons: Parking is $35/night, which is about ⅓ of the cost of the room. Be aware of this if driving.

Cons: There were only two pillows, the room was hot, and the tv was small. We weren't there to watch tv, but the last hotel we stayed at in Santa Cruz had a decent sized one so we were probably spoiled by that experience. This place is good if you need a place to crash, but something about it was just ehh. And you might as well pay the $30 to park in their lot because you'll never find parking in SF. And all the street parking surrounding it was only 1hr parking until 10pm

Cons: Lobby and hallways were a bit dated. Location was a bit sketchy at night, but we never felt unsafe. Housekeeping was sporadic. During our 4 night stay our room was not made up on 1 day and when we checked in around midnight, they had to check to make sure our room had been cleaned. Can be noisy at night with outside noise.

Cons: I really didn't dislike much about the hotel. I think it would be cool if they offered complimentary breakfast :-) San Fran can be pretty expensive so having something taken care for us would be nice

Cons: There was no A/C as described. The vent made super weird noises. The Ceiling fan turns off ever half an hour at night which was incredibly obnoxious. Also did not feel incredibly secure - and the tv randomly turned on one morning while I was still sleeping.
