Cons: "Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."

Cons: "Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed"
Cons: "When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in."
Cons: "Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher..."
Pros: "The on board food was amazing, nothing like I’d ever had on a plane before. I was also pleased with the choices for entertainment."
Cons: "The seat was not comfortable in economy. I could not sleep and there were no air vents. Every time I tried to rest my head on the seat in front of me the screen would turn on and get super hot. I wish there was a cover or something you could turn the screen completely off."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that"

Pros: "The overall experience on the flight was quite pleasing. The flight crew created a warm atmosphere on what was a very cold morning. Seating was not the most comfortable but the wasn't unbearable."
Cons: "Delta should have a better food menu for those early flights unless the motive is to encourage everyone to eat an organic and wholesome meal prior to boarding, something we all should be doing."
Pros: "Surprisingly comfortable for such a short flight. The approach is impressive. Friendly attendants and captain kept everyone updated when there was a slight delay. Was overall a really nice flight"
Cons: "I was assigned a seat on the last row of the plane--these not only don't recline, but it feels as though they push you forward. Also, the engine sound was so deafening with such intense vibration that I was unable to hear the flight attendant speaking to me from 2 feet away, much less anything overh"
less delays; there was an hour+ delay on both flights. self serve check in kiosks weren't available for British Airways flights
The flight was delayed multiple times. I had to buy a new tickets (4 tickets) for my family for a total of $5200 cnd And missed thanks giving with our family. Very very poor and disappointing service.
Room on aircraft was nice main cabin. Interaction with cabin crew could of been nicer....only seen them once
Incompetent crew at the boarding counter. Never flying AA again.
Pros: "Air Crew was professional and polite - flight was quick and lasted less than 90 minutes in the air, was overall enjoyable"
Cons: "Gate attendant was fairly rude (could be a result of holiday travel stress) - several travelers didn’t speak English fluently, and she would snap at them or roll her eyes they weren’t comprehending instructions. Boarded extremely early (almost an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually took off about 20 minutes late. Not airlines fault and likely result of holiday backlog Retrieving baggage from plane was biggest issue - use a carry on to but was required to valet bag as opposed to storing overhead. Baggage unloading was late (again, holiday backlog) but no personnel were available to inform passengers of delay, and bags were not in initial cart. Resulted a delay of offloading by roughly 20 minutes. Was ultimately found in the second wave of luggage, and witnessed baggage handlers tossing luggage carelessly onto cart floor. Nothing was damaged but was annoyed at lack of communication and overall disorganization."

Pros: "No amazing crew, just average. The should airline should have follow through on a specific request, but the airline's computer wipes out such things."
Cons: "Airlines should listen to the requests of the passengers."
Cons: "The booking process. Went through a third party (ka$@k) and at the last minute was transferred to a cheap aggregator I had never heard of. Needless to say customer service was a joke. Plain fraud."
Pros: "Fast boarding, flight relatively smooth, got to my destination pretty quickly as well."
Pros: "The seat was comfortable and the flight attendant was very helpful with all the questions I had, thanks for the wonderful first time flying."
