The entertainment options were decent, there were several TV shows with recent episodes available to watch as well as a good sized library of movies including some new releases."

I traveled to Singapore for 5 days, I didn’t receive my luggage until the 3rd day. When I received my luggage was broken which they fixed it supposedly. I never had such a poor experience with the any other airline. I honestly think it should be a compensation for all of my losses and suffering that I went through.
Pros: "The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good.They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat."

Pros: "Purchasing on Kayak was easy AND saved me $60 over the WestJet website price (purchased less than 24 hrs before flight). WestJet checkin process quick & courteous (not common in Trinidad) and the technical aspects of the flight smooth. The BEST part was a last minute $86 upgrade to Premium. I had no idea it would be comparable to First Class; complete with roomy seating, beverages, breakfast, snacks and EXCELLENT customer service. The flight crew had a sense of humor (similar to SouthWest's approach to announcements), but it was their attentiveness and respect that blew this experience sky-high."

Quick loading, clean plane, enough room, nice cabin crew, pilots routed through the turbulence and good landing, on time departure, early arrival so nothing to complain about. Did not try the food or the entertainment as it was a short flight.

Unacceptable flight delay of 5 hours. 2 gate changes. Minimal information provided. No AC personnel in sight for most of the 5 hours.
Our luggage was lost for 3 days. And Air Canada changed our return flight layover to 13+ hours and tried to force us to re-buy at higher cost price. Pretty sucky move if you ask me.
The boarding was sloppy and unorganized. And the staff was complaining When we arrived in Fort Lauderdale we sat on the tarmac for almost 2 hours waiting for the plane that was at our gate to be cleared with mechanical issues instead of redirecting us to another gate.
Pros: "All the crew we encountered were very efficient and helpful. The food was hot and really good, and we were well looked after, particularly on the Heathrow to Ottawa leg of the journey."

To make matters worse I’m allergic to dairy and I tried to prebook an appropriate meal but couldn’t and everything had cheese."

Cons: "Our flight got cancelled in toronto Lester B Pearson Airport due to a snow storm and we were stuck in the airport for almost 24 hours and we werent even offered a hotel for the night. So we decided to book a hotel for the night through Kayak and paid over $200. Went to the hotel and were told there were no more rooms available until the next day. We called kayak customer support and they wouldn't refund our money!! Horrible experience never again! Never flying Air Canada again !!"

Crew members should be professional and resolve their personal issues elsewhere, not take them out on passengers!"

There was no personal information on the receipt, I was just wondering on how it was emailed to me instead of her."
