Cons: "I was able to download the WestJet Connect app on my phone which gives you access to tv shows and movies to watch on your own device during the flight. The app was free and easy to use and there was a decent selection. However, the wifi on board is not free so even though you could watch the tv show/movie - the sound did not work unless you paid for it. There are many other airlines that offers everything for free - it would have been a more pleasant if we were able to actually utilize the service."

Again, crews and ground staff for AC are not able to give accurate instructions or guidance for boarding flights. That airport is a mess."

There were an exeption with the woman at the Air Canada desk (MCO)for the luggage and at boarding who was annoying by my question and demand. She was the only one like that. It made for a good experience because i like looking out the window. However,I did not appreciate having to pay for it. I believe that since we incur a plethora of microcharges for everything on the plane ticket that it should include picking your own seat without a separate charge. It is likely a matter of time before we will be charged extra for salt on our pretzels."

Two of the last 3 flights you lost my luggage and both times I was told I would have it late in the day or early evening. 3 weeks ago I received it 36 hours later and yesterday I got it the next morning. 3 weeks ago the overhead lights did not work in almost the entire plan. Yesterday, my movie kept cutting out and the guy next to me and a few others too. I got so frustrated that I shut it off."

Cons: "Very very bad customer service. I was flying to Rome from NYC on Friday night and my flight was cancelled. I was just notified by a text saying that there was a change in my flight. After calling customer service, I was forced to take the afternoon flight on Friday as I had to be in Rome for a wedding on Saturday. Even if I was rushed to the airport (my call with the customer service took place at 12.00 and the flight was after 2.30 hours...) and cancelled all my appointments and had to take special permission to leave from work, I was never offered any upgrades or refunds while at the same time the attitude of the rep was take the change or leave it. At the airport, I called again the customer service to understand better the cancellation policy based on their website and their response was to apply on the website and maybe I would get a little bit of money and they don't offer upgrades for these kind of situations. They indicated that it is up to gate manager to decide for upgrades, which when I tried this approach I was notified that the customer service should have flag me appropriately....I don't really care about the refund or the upgrade as at the end I was able to reach my destination on time; however, it was extremely disappointing to see a whole organization that does not take into consideration their customers time and ignore any descent customer service to them. Simply, never again."
