Pros:The way they did their work
Pros:Excellent, comfortable and a very good experience

Cons:The flight left 2 and a half hours early and they did nothing to help. They blamed me for everything.
Cons:I will never fly with this airline again. I missed my original flight so they cancelled all of my flights without my permission and resold my seats. Talk about making an easy $2k without doing absolutely nothing. I paid for another flight to get to Mexico to fly to el salvador when they told me that they cancelled everything. Now I am stranded in Mexico on Christmas and they don't care.

Cons:from JFK to Monterrey,I recived several emails about the trip being postponed and upona rriving at the airport at the time I was told the new flight would be,I was told that I was late and could not get in the flight despite receiving those emails postponing the flight.I felt I had to explain myself over and over and wa snot believed by the supervisor.it took almost o ahole hour to gte him to understand my frustration and believe me.it was quite stressful to go through this while trying to get to Monterrey for a funeral the following day.Not good!Aeromexico needs to do betterin instructing travelers.

Cons:Aeromexico has terrible customer services from check in to over the phone. There are no other options and I can't believe Delta works w/ them. Just no words to describe the horrible experience all around.

Cons:I didn’t get notified that my flight was cancelled until I got to the airport. Then I had to wait 5 hours for the next flight
