Cons:Aeromexico has a small plane, it is extremely uncomfortable. Flight Crew are not the friendliest of all.

Cons:The communication or overall handling of the Origin airport staff with the Mexico City staff. Was told COVID test was acceptable in DGO and was not able to fly from MEX to ORD due to “invalid PCR test”
