C$ 131 Find cheap flights to Aurora

Quick, efficient, incredibly kind staff. It was a short flight (50 min)but still received beverage service. Treated my 5 year old like a star. Just endlessly appreciative.

It was good. Friendly and helpful staff and the flight on time.

Again, the Alaska boarding area at Sea-Tac is gross.

The boarding in Idaho Falls was terrific. The plane was a bit sad, and the snax were subpar. Mostly, I was just grossed out by the Alaska gates in Seattle. EW! Smelly and cramped and dingy!

No announcement telling us we were landing. That was weird. No "prepare for landing." Maybe it is because they had us put on out seat belts cuz of turbulence earlier. So they were already on.

My main complaint is specifically with having booked through kayak. Our flight was delayed and I was no longer able to access my boarding pass through the kayak app. Fortunately I had screen capped it. If I had not it would have been critical problem while boarding.

You sold me a $230 seat upgrade. But it was exactly the same seat as the $89 upgrade. The bait and switch seems to have become common practice.

It was fine but the Seattle airport was terrible. It took over 2 hours to get from rental car return to gate! There was no one to help with check in and bag drop. It is not a people friendly airport…too long to walk, too many levels, no help. If it is possible to pass this on, please do. It seems it is Alaska’s main airport.

Lovely crew and organized. Flight landed early, even better. Seats could have been endowed with more like Room.

Display what groups are boarding on the monitor...was unclear unless you listened closely and continuously.

Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

The food was good. I ate gnocchi with marinara sauce and cheese, salted caramel tiramisu. And later in the trip cheese calzone. I watched 3 movies. The selection is really good. Have new and old movies. The flight attendances were nice and cordially. Overall the 6 hours trip was really pleasant ☺️. Planning the next trip.

The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.

The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.

The woman in seat 1A was allowed to bring a dachshund dog onboard. It smelled terrible and the odor wafted throughout the first class cabin. This was clearly not a service dog and should be prohibited. I paid for the highest class of service, and this was a disservice. Why is Delta allowing this? I may reconsider my future flight choices.

Wifi did not work and they only served water, coffee, or tea.

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!

Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

I had a problem checking in as I didn’t have the correct code. I had to phone BudgetAir.com. They charged me an additional 174US for some tax or something in order to provide me with my booking number. I will never use a third party seller again. Absolutely criminal activity. But I did get to where I wanted to go

My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.

Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !

It was fine for a low cost trip. No entertainment and poor food offer. The sits were ok. It was on time.

Seat barely reclined. Boarding took forever. Flight attendants were not very friendly

Worst airlines. I will never fly this again. Please warn customers. They cancelled our first flight and then gave us flight vouchers that were declined.

Needs to be clearer about baggage allowances upon purchasing tickets

Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!

No issues with the flight and flight crew. cleaner seats in economy section would have been better

Very good. But seat selection was not good. We were put on different rows. Would have been nicer to sit besides each other as a couple.

Air Canada is great! Got to my destination earlier than expected and was a smooth ride the whole way there.

I have flown on many airlines all over the world, and this plane flight was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced.

Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.

After i biked my flights, i was informed my flight was rescheduled for later time

I was mostly pleased. My greatest disappointment was with respect to the timely update to the estimated departure and arrival times. It was especially sad that the arrival time was not updated online once we were in flight so as to allow my wife to arrive on time to the airport. She was not happy.
