Cons: "The airlines limits carry-on luggages and reinforce it to the extend that it annoys many passengers. Make the rules very clear to the people before we arrive. People abuse the wheelchair policies although they are physically fine."

The pilot kept us informed of departure and arrival time, how long we had to our destination and keeping us safe when it was turbulent. Asking everyone to buckle down and for us to remain in our seats. Even the crew who was serving had to sit down."
Cons: "The crew who were attending us, did not smile or even made eye contact. They seemed like robots while serving us. After we had our first meal, many of us went to sleep, but they did not come around to offer us water or any type of beverage or snack. We had to go to the back of the plane or ask then to get water and snacks. The snacks were lacked variety and quality."

Pros: "My roundtrip flight from Chicago to Bangkok was excellent for many reasons. First, my flight from Cleveland was delayed, and the EVA crew was quick to communicate with me and be sure to get me to the gate so I didn't miss the flight. The staff were all very kind, helpful, competent, professional. The airplane was very clean, very efficient, good meals, good entertainment. Excellent airline. I'll be flying with them regularly!"
Cons: "it always seems odd that they don't start loading the back of the plane first, perhaps i'm wrong but it seems logic thus you would not have a huge line of people standing in the aisle putting away stuff while you are mking yur way to the back"

The fella helping me even said "i am so sorry, she is awful and makes me very nervous. I will probably fly asiana from now on just so i do not have to deal with her."

The plane was so hot and the air above was basically nothing.

The delayed flight from Chicago to Omaha was delayed for hours. Tha that’s what we didn’t like.
We were in seats 23C & D and the seats were horribly cramped. I’m just a 5’7” height person and I felt badly cramped, I wonder how do the taller person copes up. 3 hours plus of sitting without moving your limbs. Bad experience.
Overall a good flight. Good food and super nice staff.
I feel like the seats are narrower every time. I'm relatively thin but kind of muscular and I was very tight on my seat. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone bigger. They should make them a little bigger.
The flight crew was excellent, They lost 10% of the luggage 🧳 for the flight. We were in Hong Kong for 3 days without anything but our carry-on items. It happens...

Cons: "It was a 787 but any or all room was taken into cramming more seats. Food was the worse I've ever had on a long distance flight. Bland and despicable. This is the worse international flight as far as room or food. Requested for an exit row seat but was told it was an additional $125 charge. Really that's how Air Canada is getting business by giving customers a very poor experience. A group of four us traveled on this trip and we had the same consensus and won't be recommending Air Canada."
Cons: "There was a horrid family in the row in frony of me that absolutley refused to control their child at all, even when airline staff stepped in , so a really long flight was made to seem even longer and sleeping was out of the question."

Cons: "The seats recline so far that the headrest screen ended up way too close to comfortably watch movies or effectively use the tray. The people in front of my wife and I kept their seats fully reclined, even during the meals, and it was very uncomfortable. One of the meals had a pepper sauce that had such a strong smell that I was nauseous until the end of the flight. While the chicken meal I ate was fine, there wasn't much chicken at all."

Pros: "Due to a knee injury, I needed more personal assistance, the custermer service & attention I received was EXCELLENT - from being expedited through the check in, special luggage assistance, special seat selection, wheelchair assistance throughout the security & boarding process to the professionalism by ALL the crew after being diverted to Iceland for a medical emergency of a fellow passenger."

Cons: "Too MANY Announcements . There were too many automated announcements and crew announcements after take off. There were about 6-8 announcements during a 1.5 hour flight at 7am. The first 5 announcements were the same, no new information until 1hr into flight."
Pros: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
Cons: "See above. I didn't like anything, this might have been the worst flight I've ever had to Brussels. I thought I booked a European carrier, but ugh it was actually United. They only care about business class and first class."
