Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats

We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .

A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

Pleasant up to Vienna. Afterward (Vienna- Zagreb) was an horrific experience

Leg room and seat back not a good recline (middle seat)

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

Austrian airlines lost my bag in Vienna and it took 2 days to find it and deliver it to me

Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.

LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.

Great service . Everyone is so polite and ready to help. I always was using Lufthansa but from now on I will use LOT. Thank you for your service.

Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

bus ride to the plane was very crowded and had to wait a long time to get to the plane. The flight itself was great.

They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.

Together with my family, we all agreed that the LOT crew provided the most wonderful service that could be. We are grateful for such a great experience they provided to us! We will return and share our experience with all our friends and family.! Keep up the good work!

Easy airport. Luggage was late coming in but was handled quickly by excellent and helpful folks at Lost Luggage who got my luggage to me by 7 am the next morning! Bravo!

Awful. Late. Basic. Phone charger jacks didn't work. No entertainment No coffee even.

The Q400 plane is getting old and very noisy. They should allow the quieter jets fly onto the island.

The flight attendant, Kearin, was delightful. He was funny, friendly, and helpful. The only problem with the flight was that a door from the above baggage compartment fell off during boarding which slightly delayed takeoff.

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.

Arrived at our connection to find out all 4 of our seats were moved in different parts of the aircraft. Traveling with two small children, this was not going to work. We spoke with the gate attendant and she was not helpful and downright rude. They could only “accommodate” having 2 seats together and this was an international flight. We will not be traveling with air Canada again unless there are absolutely no other options.

Everything but the actual plan was good. I would expect a 5hr flight would have at least chargers for mobile devices. Especially considering since the airplane had no screens for entertainment either. Seats were tighter than usual too.

Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .

Multiple change of the gates at Pearson, delayed flight was extremely uncomfortable.

All was good. I would have preferred free drinks besides water (coffee/tea).

The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.

my flight was cancelled. next one scheduled 2 days later. no hotel provided. worst airline experience ever

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

In general the flight was good, for me the only issue was I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi

The boarding process is not well organized at all. It need to be totally revised with an emphasis on order.

Flight and crew were gone. The entertainment was none because the screen locked up and wouldn't work even after being reset. That's a long flight 9 hours without something to watch.

Great crew. Food was better than average, including hot meals and warm cookies. Flight was smooth and we were kept informed of turbulence.

There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.

It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.
