Visitors can apply for entry into Anguilla at https://escape.ivisitanguilla.com/apply/. An electronic travel authorization will be issued to your email address if your application was successful.
Borders are open to approved visitors from certain countries, but all are subject to prior approval, PCR tests upon arrival, and a quarantine period based on vaccination status. .
Visitors from Canada must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 120 hours before departing to Anguilla.
Travelers are required to provide health insurance which covers COVID-19 medical cost. Travelers must complete a Visitor Application Form.
Visitors from Canada will need to quarantine for 10 days upon entering Anguilla.
Travelers returning from Anguilla must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken 72 hours before departure to Canada.
Children under the age of 5 are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 test, other exemptions includes, a crew member or a person who seeks to enter Canada only to become such a crew member, emergency service providers, technical stops – flights refueling.
Travelers are required to take a COVID-19 test on arrival in Canada at their own expense. Travelers are also required to take another COVID-19 molecular test on day 8 of their 14-day quarantine. They will receive a COVID-19 test kit and instructions before leaving the airport/border. Those who refuse will receive a $750 fine.
Visitors returning from Anguilla will need to quarantine for 14 days upon entering Canada.
Travelers are subject to a 14-day mandatory quarantine, this includes a mandatory 3 night pre-paid booking at a government-authorized hotel, at their own expense (approximately 2,000 CAD) and take a COVID-19 molecular test on arrival at their own cost.
Towards the end the quarantine period, travelers will be required to take another COVID-19 test. they will be required to stay in their place of quarantine until they receive a negative test result.
Certain persons are exempt from the mandatory quarantine requirement when entering Canada for the purposes of performing an essential job or function as identified in the Order under the Quarantine Act. Exemption will be validated for each entry into Canada.
